While you can visit the OG website if you want to learn more about their prediction market availability, you will also find an OG app you can download for your Android or Apple device if you wish.
You can view event contracts for real-world outcomes across a selection of topic areas, including crypto, elections, climate, and culture. We found easy-to-read charts providing up-to-date data, along with a user-friendly format that keeps each screen simple to view and read. You can find out more about the app availability at OG here, so you know what to expect.
If you have an Android device or an iOS device, you can find the relevant downloads in the Google Play Store and App Store, respectively. We have noted the current reviews and ratings for these below. Note that users must be aged 18 or over.
| App Format | Score | Reviews |
|---|---|---|
| iOS | 4.6 out of 5 | 428 |
| Android | 4.5 out of 5 | 208 |
While the apps do not yet have too many reviews from users, they have largely garnered good ratings so far. The low review count will likely increase, as OG only launched in 2026 and has not yet had much time to receive reviews from those who have downloaded either of the apps.
Having tried the Android app, we noted a dark backdrop to the app design, with muted colors including orange and blue to help us identify key statistics and information on the screen. We soon found we could easily browse different prediction market areas and found some familiarity in seeing those same colors crop up time and again. Even on our first visit, we found that we had no issues moving around and finding the information we needed in each area.
You can access OG from most US states, unless you live in either New York and Arizona, where OG is currently unavailable. We’ll provide you with an update if that should change at any point.
Furthermore, there are some limitations to be aware of in seven other states. If you live in one of the following states, be aware that you cannot trade in sports prediction markets:
❌ Nevada
❌ Ohio
❌ Massachusetts
❌ New Jersey
❌ Illinois
❌ Maryland
❌ Michigan
Fortunately, you will still be able to access all the other prediction markets provided by OG in those seven states. Those include the politics, culture, and crypto prediction markets, so you’ve still got plenty of real-world events and outcomes to consider throughout those other areas at OG.
You’ll find many prediction markets covering sports, climate, economics, and elections among other possibilities at OG, whether you try the app or the website. You can view real-world events and trade on potential outcomes in those events, based on whether you think they will happen or not.
OG provides its services in conjunction with Crypto.com Derivatives North America (also known as CDNA). This is a Designated Contract Market and as such is fully registered with the CFTC, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission.
OG provides a wide range of prediction markets in many topics, as we’ve seen. You will find all available markets in the OG mobile app. You can read the complete OG review for further details on all aspects of the site. Regardless of the market or topic area, you will see yes or no possibilities for each one, depending on whether the event occurs or not.
You will see two types of event contracts - one for the yes position and one for the no position. You will then need to decide whether you think it is more or less likely that the event will happen, and you can buy the yes or no event contracts based on your position.
Given the yes/no format for prediction market topics, you’ll notice they add up to 100%. For example, no may outweigh yes, with 70% thinking the event won’t happen against 30% thinking it will.
The event contracts are priced according to the current percentages. This means that in this example, the No event contract will be 70 cents whereas the Yes event contract will be 30 cents. These can change depending on new data and factors that may come into play. You can see the latest information in the OG app.
Regardless of the position you pick - whether you back yes or no - the result will determine what happens next. If you are correct, you will receive $1 per event contract. If you pick the wrong result, you won’t receive anything. The $1 event contract amount for a successful prediction is the same regardless of the prediction market and subject you may purchase event contracts for.

OG provides a list of prediction markets in its app and on its website, for ease of access. This means you will see the relevant options available in your state (assuming you are not in New York or Arizona, where OG is not available). You can go through some pros and cons for their service here for an at-a-glance overview of their service.

We found it straightforward to find the prediction markets we were interested in, along with the latest data on each topic and event contract at OG. The whole experience felt intuitive and sensible.

No, you can, if you prefer, visit the website and browse their prediction markets there. You will see a login button at the top of the site to use when you have created your account.
Yes, you’ll find the iOS app in the App Store and the Android app over in the Google Play Store. Both stores have strict requirements that must be met before they will list an app for availability.
