No-deposit welcome bonus
Let’s start this CrownCoins rating where your experience will start - claiming the sign-up bonus. All new players who register an account on the website will be greeted with 100,000 CrownCoins and 2
Free Sweeps Coins.
The good news is that you don’t have to go through a laborious process to claim this bonus. All you need to do is register an account; you don’t even need to enter a CrownCoins promo code. The bonus funds will appear in your account immediately after the registration is complete. It is essential to mention that this is a no-purchase bonus, which means you don’t need to make a purchase to receive this bonus package.
As you can see, this is a pretty straightforward bonus designed to get new players to the website and give them coins to test the games on the platform.
First-purchase offer
New players looking to maximize their virtual coins can take advantage of the optional first purchase offers. While these offers can vary, you will almost always get a 200% boost on your first purchase. Examples include 400,000 CC & 18 SC for $5.99 and 900,000 CC & 45 SC for $14.99.
This offer is typically available for a limited time after sign-up. While other tiers may exist, this 200% bonus represents the best value for new purchasers.

My rating for the CrownCoins website
4.3
/5.0
After spending some time on the platform, I can confirm that CrownCoins has a beautifully designed and functional website that is convenient to use. The registration steps, including account verification, were simple and took only a couple of minutes to complete. If you want to speed up the process even more, you can sign up by connecting your Google or Facebook account.
Once I logged in, I found everything I needed on the site's main page. When you scroll down to the bottom, you will notice the “Contact Us” button, which will lead you to customer support. On the main page, you will see the “Rewards” tab. Here, you will find all the available promotions. Also, on the main page, you will see categories, such as “Top Games” and “New Releases”, where you can take a look at the hottest games on the website.
I loved how neatly the game catalog was organized. It displays categories such as “Slots” and “Jackpot.” If you find a game you particularly enjoy, you can easily add it to your favorites.

App / Mobile site - An app available only for iOS devices
4.6
/5.0
I have bad news for those looking to download the CrownCoins app on Android devices. I have searched the Google Play Store, and I can confirm that no official CrownCoins app is currently available. The CrownCoins app is only available for iOS devices. However, you can access the website using your Android mobile phone browser, which will bring you to the site optimized for mobile use. The lack of a dedicated Android mobile app doesn't lower my ratings too much because many sweepstakes casinos don’t have a native app.
While the absence of a dedicated Android application might seem like a drawback, CrownCoins Casino has clearly invested significantly in optimizing its web platform for mobile users. The mobile-optimized site functions seamlessly across various devices, ensuring that players can enjoy their favorite games on the go without compromising on performance.
The user interface, though condensed for smaller screens, remains intuitive, providing easy access to essential features like the store, redeem page, game lobby, rewards, and account settings via conveniently placed tabs at the bottom of the screen. This thoughtful design ensures a fluid and engaging mobile gaming experience, making the lack of a native app less impactful for Android users.

Payment methods - Accepts primary online banking options but somewhat limited

Get 200% More Coins on First Purchase - 1.5M CC + 75 SC
To play games at CrownCoins Casino, you will need to use a virtual currency. This sweepstakes casino's virtual currency is called CrownCoins. Many bonuses and promotions will provide you with free CrownCoins and Sweeps Coins. However, you can purchase more Crown Coin bundles if you wish to do so by selecting one of the available Crown Coin packages.
I have found that some of the payment methods available include Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Skrill, and Apple Pay. These are some of the best payment methods available at the
top sweepstakes casinos
in the US. In my experience, purchases are processed almost instantly, and there are plenty of coin packages to choose from.
I was saddened to see that this sweepstakes casino does not support some more modern payment options, like PayPal. However, using credit/debit cards is convenient enough.
When it comes to the prize redemptions, I have found that the process is quick and foolproof. The minimum amount of Sweeps Coins you can redeem for a cash prize or a gift card is 50 SCs. Prize redemptions are more limited than coin package purchases in terms of the methods available; you can only use bank transfer or Skrill.

If you experience any issues, the quickest way to contact customer support is to click on the “Contact Us” button located all the way down on the website. This action will open a detailed Help section, where you will find answers to the most common questions players asked in the past. The questions and answers are grouped into categories, including Payments, Responsible Social Gaming, Games and Technical Issues, Prize Redemption, Verification, Bonuses & Promos, and Account.
In this section, you will also see the “Submit a Request” button. When you click on this option, you will be able to send a ticket via email to the support team at CrownCoins. I tried this option and got a response after approximately 20 hours, so it's safe to say it will take a little while. Unfortunately, there isn’t any other option to get help at this sweepstakes casino.
I didn’t find live chat or phone customer support available on this platform. This leaves room for improvement because many other sweepstakes casinos offer a way to contact customer support immediately via one of those methods.

License and security - Is CrownCoins Casino legit?
4.6
/5.0
CrownCoins is a sweepstakes casino, so it falls under a different regulatory framework than real-money online casinos. Unlike a traditional casino, it doesn’t need a gambling license to operate. Instead, each state audits sweepstakes casinos individually to ensure they are safe and follow the sweepstakes rules. At this moment, this sweepstakes casino is available in all US states except California, Idaho, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, Washington, New York, and New Jersey. However, an important notice for New York players is that a 30-day registration window is now open until July 10 for new users. After this deadline, CrownCoins Casino will no longer be available to New York residents, and any subsequent registrations will not be tracked or eligible for rewards, regardless of future activity. So, make sure to take advantage of this cutoff date to secure access.
When it comes to the overall safety of the platform, I have found that CrownCoins uses 256-bit SSL encryption to keep your personal and banking data safe. Also, you can set up a 2FA, which will increase your account's safety by preventing it from being stolen.
It is vital for me to mention that this sweepstakes casino is dedicated to responsible social gaming. You must send a support ticket, and you can choose to suspend purchases for 24 hours, set a cooling period that will prevent you from playing games on the platform for up to 30 days, or suspend your account indefinitely.

I’m happy to report that there is a VIP program at CrownCoins. When I created an account on the platform, I was instantly enrolled in the VIP program. There are 5 levels to climb through: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond, and Emerald. All you need to do to climb through these levels is play on the website. As you climb through the levels, you will unlock various rewards, such as a boost for the daily login bonus, a monthly bonus, a personalized birthday bonus, and many more.
Right at the top of the VIP program is Dynasty. This prestigious status is designed exclusively for the highest-spinning players, and gives unparalleled rewards and VIP treatment. There are too many perks to list them all here, so we've pulled out some of the key benefits for you below. Note that Dynasty is invite-only:
- Early bird access to new slot games
- Private lounge with Dynasty exclusive games
- Physical luxury gifts sent direct to your home address
- Dedicated VIP hosts to support to your requirements
- Weekly coin gifts to keep your virtual balance healthy
Besides the VIP program, I must mention the daily login bonus. Each day you log in to the platform, you will get up to 50,000 Crown Coins and 1 Sweeps Coins. Here is how much I got each day:
- Day 1: 5,000 Crown Coins
- Day 2: 10,000 Crown Coins and 0.5 Sweeps Coins
- Day 3: 15,000 CSs
- Day 4: 20,000 CSs and 0.8 SCs
- Day 5: 25,000 CSs
- Day 6: 30,000 CSs
- Day 7: 50,000 CSs and 1.5 SCs
I was happy to find that the login bonus can be boosted when you progress through the VIP Program. The higher the level you are, the more Crown Coins and SC you will get. In addition, there is the Refer a Friend program. You can invite your friend to join you on the platform. If they register an account and make a qualifying purchase of at least $14.99, you will get 40,000 Crown Coins and 20 Sweeps Coins.

Te platform offers a rich selection from reputable game providers such as RubyPlay, Slotmill, and Relax Gaming. A particular highlight is the Exclusive Hall of Fortune Game, which provides a unique gaming experience not found elsewhere. This exclusive title, alongside a robust collection of crash-style options and tiered tournaments, ensures that players have access to a wide array of entertainment.
The well-organized game catalog, with categories like "Slots" and "Jackpot," further enhances usability, allowing players to easily discover new favorites and manage their preferred games. This commitment to both accessibility and diverse, high-quality gaming content solidifies CrownCoins Casino's appeal to a broad audience.
Some of the popular titles I had the pleasure to try are:
These are some of the best slots currently available on the market. Although I always like to see some original games developed in-house, bringing the most popular titles from well-known developers is always a good choice. Hence, you can expect good graphics and competitive RTPs.
If you are interested in slots, you must have heard about Sweet Bonanza and Wanted Dead or A Wild, which are some of the most popular titles at sweepstakes casinos. But even with the great selection of slots, ranging from megaways to jackpots, I would like to see some table games in the future.
Latest Addition: HALL OF FORTUNE game
Progressively, CrownCoins Casino has recently launched a new game known as HALL OF FORTUNE, an epic game that offers an opportunity to get amazing rewards.
To play, you have to use the accumulated game hammer to smash tiles across a personalized game board. Every smash reveals an object, the size of which determines the amount of your rewards, either SC or CC, depending on the affiliated promotion you choose to partake in. The game promises to be interestingly challenging and progressive in nature, i.e., you get to level up as you continue to enjoy and get prizes.
You accumulate hammers by taking advantage of daily missions, available crown races, and several other promotional offers, which are and will be rolled out. Happy Smashing!
You will play games with CrownCoins, this sweepstakes casino’s version of Gold Coins, and Sweeps Coins at CrownCoins Casino. Crown Coins are used in standard play, where you will play games for a chance to win more of these coins. Also, in my CrownCoins Casino reviews, I have found that you can get more Crown Coins and SCs through bonuses, such as a daily login bonus of up to 50,000 Crown Coins. In addition, there is an option to purchase a Crown Coins package if you don’t want to wait for promos.
On the other hand, Sweeps Coins are somewhat different and can only be used in the sweepstakes mode. In this mode, you can only play with Sweeps Coins, and after you play through them one time, they can be redeemed for cash prizes or gift cards. You must remember that you can’t purchase these coins like the Crown Coins. They are only acquired through bonuses and promotions. Also, you can sometimes get these SC bundled with Crown Coins if you purchase a coin package. In addition, you can request a gift of 1 Sweeps Coin by sending a postcard to 35 West Brook Street, Suite #11E, Manchester NH 03101.
CrownCoins isn’t the best sweepstakes casino available on the market. However, since this is a new one, I think it is worth keeping up with further developments. For now, you can play only high-quality slots, but that can change in the future. The website is easy to use, and there is an app for iOS devices with great bonuses and promotions that shower players with plenty of free coins, which makes this sweepstakes casino an option worth signing up for, in my opinion.
