Sportzino’s sportsbook section boasts a clean, streamlined look made even better with a navy blue background and cool animations (I found something similar during my Chanced review). This section had loads of playing options, so the page looked a bit crowded at first glance. Thankfully the site is highly functional and user-friendly, so it was easy to navigate the sportsbook section.
All available sports events and markets are boldly written in white fonts that stand out in the dark background. This allows you to quickly locate your sports picks and click on the necessary buttons to play. I like that all the details about the events and markets are highlighted on the side. That way, players can quickly understand what’s on offer before selecting any.
While doing this Sportzino review, I found the sportsbook to be just as functional on my phone as it was on my PC. I was able to make predictions on my computer at home. When I had to run errands outside my house, I found it easy to switch to my smartphone and make picks without any drop in the site’s functionality. The transition from desktop to smartphone was smooth as the site is mobile-optimized, and I didn't need to download the app to have a great social sportsbook experience regardless of the device.
However, while exploring the sportsbook on my Android device was fun and convenient, the site’s graphics came to life with the desktop version, and I could open more tabs conveniently on my PC.

It took me about 3 minutes to install the app on my Android smartphone and start gaming. The interface is simple, and the load times were fast enough for me to explore the site’s in-play options. At the time of writing this Sportzino review, few payment methods were available. The good news is that Sportzino might support more payment methods soon but in the meantime, you’d have to make do with the available methods. Interestingly, Sportzino isn’t the only sweepstakes casino with limited payment methods. I also found a handful of transaction channels during my NoLimitsCoins review.
Thankfully, I have a Mastercard debit card which I used to purchase a GC package. I didn't need to, but I wanted to see how the payment methods worked. It took about 5 minutes from start to finish and I got my GC and complimentary SC immediately. Sportzino didn’t charge me a service fee, and neither did my card provider. So, that makes up for the limited number of payment methods available. You can also redeem your Sweeps Coins using the same payment method used to purchase your coin package.
In my opinion, Sportzino’s customer support could be better. There was no live chat or phone support at the time of writing this Sportzino review, which costs the sweepstakes sports platform a couple of points in my ratings. However, I found some FAQs under the sportsbook page. Upon clicking the FAQ & Support button on the site’s page, I was directed to a “Knowledge Base” section. There were loads of articles, user guides, and more FAQs. I found enough information to figure out how the site’s social sports prediction works.
Sportzino also offers a ticket system where you can get specific answers to issues. The support team was knowledgeable about the site and available round the clock. So, I got prompt answers to my queries about the available markets on an NBA event I was interested in.
It’d be nice to have a live chat support option on the site, especially as the social sportsbook offers in-play gaming options. Users will still get enough support to have a great time in the sportsbook section.
