The 2025 US Open is here! Using our Head-to-Head Predictor tool, we've built a +516 matchups parlay pitting LIV and PGA golfers head-to-head at Oakmont Country Club.

The 2025 US Open is here, the third major tournament of the season and like always, Dimers has your back with the best golf bets, including how to watch the US Open, our full tournament predictions and picks to win the US Open.
We've highlighted the key betting storylines at Oakmont, and now it's time to look at some parlay action with a little PGA vs. LIV head-to-head matchup.
Betting on winners and who will finish in the Top 5, 10 and 20 markets gets all the attention around golf tournaments, but betting on head-to-head matchups can be an equally lucrative and entertaining experience for golf bettors.
To make this market easy, Dimers has an in-house tool designed for pitting golfers against one another and simulating the results. We can see who will finish higher in their head-to-head matchup, either after Round 1 or over the course of the entire tournament.
The sports betting site we'll be using is FanDuel Sportsbook as they have the best odds available at the time of publishing, but qualified users should utilize the bet365 Sportsbook bonus code "DIMERS", which unlocks a $150 bonus with your first $5 bet, perfect for betting on the US Open.
2025 US Open Parlay Picks at +516 Odds
With the LIV crew in town for another major, we're having some fun and using three matchups that pit a PGA golfer against a LIV golfer. We're not picking sides in the feud, just going with the guy that DimersBOT supports the most in each matchup.
To make this parlay, we'll be using the Head-to-Head matchups available at FanDuel Sportsbook. We'll enter both golfers into our H2H Predictor, select the Tournament-long option, and see which golfer gets the advantage for the weekend.
With a handy "Fair Odds" to "Percentages" toggle, you can always check to see if there's value in any given matchup, and with a Dimers Pro subscription, you can simulate unlimited matchups for every tournament.

LIV vs. PGA MATCHUP | WIN % | ODDS |
---|---|---|
Collin Morikawa to beat Joaquin Niemann | 52.0% | -120 |
Tony Finau to beat Brooks Koepka | 52.0% | -120 |
Patrick Reed to beat Jason Day | 52.5% | -120 |
Leg 1: Collin Morikawa to beat Joaquin Niemann
First up is World No. 4 Collin Morikawa to beat one of LIV's standout golfers this year in what should be a competitive matchup that gives Morikawa a slight edge.
Morikawa ranks 8th in Strokes Gaines: Total on TOUR, with his 2nd overall driving accuracy giving him a massive advantage, hitting fairways 72.9% of the time compared to Niemann's 59.52%, which ranks 22nd on LIV.
Morikawa doesn't have the biggest driver but we want precision and skill on approach, where he also ranks 6th.
Morikawa has just three events outside T20 on TOUR this year, including a T14 at the Masters where he beat Niemann head-to-head. Morikawa edges out Niemann with a 44.5% probability to finish Top 20 compared to 38.7%.
DimersBOT gives him a 52.0% chance to beat Niemann H2H, with a 4.6% probability of a tie
Leg 2: Tony Finau to beat Brooks Koepka
It hasn't been Tony Finau's best year, but he's still turned in five Top 20 finishes, including a T19 at the PGA Championship. The same can't be said for Brooks Koepka who missed the cut at both majors this year, and has finished half of his events outside the Top 30 on LIV.
That may not sound terrible, but only 54 golfers take part in those events.
Finau's accuracy is below TOUR average, yet still edges out Koepka by 2-3% in categories such as fairways hit and Scrambling.
DimersBOT predicts Koepka's struggles at the majors to continue for his third straight outing, giving him under a 20% probability to finish Top 20, and predicting Finau with a 57.2% probability to win or tie this matchup.
Leg 3: Patrick Reed to beat Jason Day
The final leg features our only pick for the LIV player to emerge victorious, taking Patrick Reed over Jason Day.
Over their past 10 major appearances, Reed and Day have the same number of Top 10 finishes (2, including both of them at this year's Masters), yet Day has missed four cuts to Reed's one (they share this year's PGA Championship). Day has also missed the cut at his two most recent US Open tries.
Day is below TOUR average in every driving category, off the tee and in putting, with very few strong spots that can help at this course.
It was a while ago, but Reed finished T13 last time the US Open was held at Oakmont.
Our model has Reed twice as likely to win the tournament as Day, with a 58.2% probability to win or tie this H2H matchup over the course of all four rounds.
