WNBA parlay picks today, Saturday, May 9

For tonight's WNBA parlay, we're looking at one marquee player in each game, and what the Dimers model says about each,

1. Azzi Fudd (Wings)

Bet: Over 9.5 points (-102)

Game: Wings vs. Fever

Time: 1:00 PM ET

The No. 1 overall pick will make her regular season debut on Saturday afternoon against the Indiana Fever.

Fudd enters as an already elite shooter, after the Dallas Wings selected her to pair with former UConn teammate Paige Bueckers and veteran Arike Ogunbowale, forming a potentially explosive backcourt with added three-point shooting.

Her 1.8 projected threes may not seem like much, but it's the third-highest projection in this game and if she knocks down just two, she's more than halfway to hitting her points line.

We project 11.3 points for the rookie with just over +100 odds to record 10+ in her debut.

2. A'Ja Wilson (Aces)

Bet: Over 10.5 rebounds (+100)

Game: Mercury vs. Aces

Time: 3:30 PM ET

The reigning MVP and WNBA champion gets our attention today, with some big projections in points and rebounds as we turn to the latter for A'Ja Wilson vs. the Mercury today.

Wilson's rebounding numbers have steadily climbed almost every year since entering the league, hitting a peak of 11.9 and 10.2 rebounds over the past two seasons, her highest by far.

Wilson is making a case for the best player of all time in the WNBA and we project an opening game statement for the vet, with 11.8 rebounds, the second highest mark across Saturday's games.

This is one of today's best player props with a Top 5 probability at 571.1%, an edge of 7.1% against even money odds and a strong projection of 11.8 REB.

3. Angel Reese (Dream)

Bet: Over 11.5 rebounds (-140)

Game: Dream vs. Lynx

Time: 8:00 PM ET

Angel Reese gets a fresh start in Atlanta as the league's top rebounder from last season joins the team that pulled down more boards than anyone else.

Reese projects for the most rebounds of any player on Saturday at 14.3, well over line of 12.5 and signaling the potential to climb a little ladder.

The Lynx enter this game without their top three rebounders from last season and without superstar Napheesa Collier, the team could struggle to find a rhythm, a good formula for missed shots and rebound chances.

There's a little juice at -140 to clear 11.5 rebounds, but our projection supports taking Reese as high as 14.

4. Olivia Miles (Lynx)

Bet: Over 11.5 points (-120)

Game: Dream vs. Lynx

Time: 8:00 PM ET

We round it out with another rookie to hit her points line, Olivia Miles out of TCU, the second overall draft pick by the Minnesota Lynx.

Miles is a playmaker and while she can take advantage of passing lanes with her creativity, she's a true scorer as well, and may need to shoulder a bigger load early on with the Lynx missing star Napheesa Collier.

The rookie guard averaged over 19 points per game in college and while she won't need to be the primary scorer on this Lynx team, she wasn't drafted just to set up her teammates.

We project Miles for a 12.1 points in her debut, just clearing this line, but notably it's the only prop that our player projections indicate she'll clear.
