Fever vs. Valkyries best bets on Wednesday, July 15

Between game lines and player props, each of these bets comes with a favorable probability, edge, projection or even all three, but all are backed by our in-house WNBA model.

Bet: Fever -1.5 (-110)

First up, we'll look at the spread where our model predicts a substantial 59.6% probability of Indiana covering this short line of 1.5 against a red-hot Valkyries team that's won seven straight.

This bet comes with a big edge, one of our highest across today's game lines, including the early afternoon slate, at a 9.1% edge against the best odds of -102 on Novig, and still a sizable edge at FanDuel where we've built this parlay.

Fading a team as hot as the Valkyries is a daunting ask, but this bet also lands in our model's Sweet Spot, returning a positive 7.3% ROI this season.

It shouldn't be that surprising given the small number, but the Fever have not failed to cover this number in any of their wins this year, and moneyline aside, these are two of the better teams against the spread this year.

With our final projected score an 86-81 Fever win, the Dimers model predicts Indiana to ride this one comfortably to victory.

Bet: Kelsey Mitchell over 2.5 threes made (-106)

Next, we'll go to a bet we've utilized several times lately, Kelsey Mitchell to her three-point line.

Mitchell is third in the WNBA at 2.7 threes made per game and his hit 3+ in seven straight games and and 9 of her last 10, flashing big upside with games of 4, 5 and 7 in that span as well.

She's gone 2-8 from three in two games vs. the Valkyries this year, but both of those were way back in May and she's in elite form right now, missing this just once in a month.

Golden State has tightened up its three-point shooting defense over their win streak, now allowing the third-fewest attempts from beyond the arc per game, but still rank 10th in the WNBA in three-point percentage. Mitchell is the most accurate shooter in the league averaging at least 5 attempts per game at 40.9%, so we shouldn't need high volume for her to hit this.

Bet: Aliyah Boston to get a double-double (+120)

We'll end with a special prop on tonight's top-projected rebounder to record a double-double.

Aliyah Boston ranks 8th in the WNBA in rebounds; the Valkyries don't have a player in the Top 25. And that makes sense when you look at the team stats, where Indiana allows the fewest rebounds to opponents per game, while Golden State ranks 10th, an average difference of 4.5 per game.

Boston projects for 17.5 points and 9.1 rebounds tonight, so well over the 10 points needed and just shy of the 10+ rebounds. Though back in May, she pulled down 16 boards in the first matchup between these teams, averaging 12 per meeting this year.

Fever vs. Valkyries Parlay Bet

For a higher risk but also a higher payout, consider playing a three-leg same game parlay of these picks. Add on a boost from your sportsbook of choice to take the odds even higher from the base +493 odds we've found on FanDuel Sportsbook.
