We're 12-7 with our US Open picks over the last six days and we're hoping to stay hot with a profitable Monday. We're especially high on two underdogs here, and who doesn't like backing a 'dog?

This daily tennis column will feature our best tennis bets of the day, with no minimum or maximum amount of picks. If we think you should bet something, we'll post it here and send you on your way.

This is one of the greatest tournaments there is, with the best players on the planet competing at an incredible venue. But just because we're focusing on these next two weeks in Flushing, that doesn't mean we're only looking at Arthur Ashe Stadium. Sometimes the best value can be had on the outer courts and it's our job to dig in and help you cash out.

Without further delay, keep reading for the picks and don't hesitate to try out DraftKings Sportsbook, where you can bet $1 on tennis and get $100 in FREE bets! Just make sure you use the promo code "DIMERSTENNIS"!

US Open Best Bets: Top Tennis Picks for Monday

Petra Kvitova vs. Jessica Pegula - Day session (scheduled for 12:00PM ET)

Kvitova has a real shot at continuing her run in New York, as she faces a player that she is 2-0 against in her career. One of those victories was actually at this very tournament, as the lefty earned a 6-4, 6-3 win over Pegula at the US Open in 2020.

Whereas Pegula is coming off of an unimpressive three-set win over world No. 142 Yue Yuan in her last match, Kvitova has to be feeling great about her 5-7, 6-3, 7-6 (10) win over world No. 10 Garbine Muguruza. That match was one that put Kvitova through all sorts of situations, which means she should be ready for everything Pegula throws her way in this one — and she should also be ready to handle the pressure of this massive showdown.

One interesting thing to note here is that Pegula is just 6-7 against lefties in her career, despite having a great overall record since getting to the WTA Tour. We don't think that'll change here, as Kvitova's hard, flat strokes make her a tough opponent to beat on these courts.

PICK: Kvitova To Win, which you can get at +105 with DraftKings

Danielle Collins vs. Aryna Sabalenka - Night session (scheduled for 7:00PM ET)

Collins won us a little cash the other night and we think she can do it again in this meeting with Sabalenka. This is a match-up between two players that have a ton of firepower from the baseline, so it should be extremely exciting to watch. But Collins is the player that we trust a bit more with all of the pressure this one will bring.

Sabalenka is actually 3-0 in this head-to-head series, with two of those wins having come at this very event. However, the mental aspect of Sabalenka's game has been more of a problem this year than it has been in the past, and she is going to be facing Collins in an environment that will border on hostile. The crowd in New York has shown that it can tilt matches in favor of the fan favorite, and the fans will surely be pulling hard for Collins.

It also doesn't hurt that the American's feisty on-court nature will allow her to thrive in the energetic environment, which could come across as taunting when Sabalenka has moments of doubt. Also, Collins just defeated Naomi Osaka after having struggled in their head-to-head series, so she is clearly willing to make changes and try new things.

PICK: Collins To Win, which you can get at +120 with DraftKings.
