RBC Canadian Open Matchups Parlay for 2023

Our parlay for the 2023 RBC Canadian Open has landed, with five legs totaling odds of +2076 with DraftKings. We also recommend placing a round-robin bet on this, giving you a nice payout if only three or four of the legs end up winning.

Leg 1: Rory McIlroy (-140)

We're starting off with our top two most-likely winners of the tournament, with DraftKings pitting Rory McIlroy against Englishman Tyrrell Hatton in this head-to-head market.

After simulating the Canadian Open 10,000 times, our model is favoring back-to-back winner McIlroy to perform better, with his win probability being 52.1%. Hatton on the other hand has a a 43.4% chance of winning this matchup, whilst the tie is at 4.5%.

Leg 2: Matt Fitzpatrick (-120)

Next up is last year's US Open champion, with DimersBOT taking Matt Fitzpatrick to beat out Sam Burns this week.

Bouncing back from a missed cut at the PGA Championship, Fitzpatrick notched a T9 finish at the Memorial, back in the form he showed at his recent T10 at The Masters and win at the RBC Heritage.

As for this week, our model projects Fitzpatrick with a 55.3% chance of beating Burns, who has a probability of 40.7%. The tie has a 4.1% chance of occurring.

Leg 3: Tommy Fleetwood (-110)

Next we have a matchup that the books have as a toss-up. Tommy Fleetwood being underrated by the in this one, with his matchup against Shane Lowry looking like a good spot for bettors.

At a 54.9% probability, Fleetwood is the far more likely winner of this head-to-head, despite both players being listed at -110, with Lowry at 40.7% and the tie at a 4.4% chance of happening.

Leg 4: Matt Kuchar (-130)

Looking at two longshots with a similar probability to win the event, we're backing American golfer Matt Kuchar to beat Adam Svensson.

Both of these golfers have been a mixed bag this year, trading missed cuts for decent finishes, but Kuchar has shown his ability to lean on his experience, with three Top-10 finishes this year as opposed to Svensson's one.

Looking ahead to this week, our predictive analytics model has Kuchar as a 53.6% chance of winning this matchup, with Woodland at 41.3% and the tie at 5.1%.

Leg 5: Corey Conners (+105)

The fifth leg of this week's PGA parlay is for Corey Conners to beat Cameron Young, with our model slightly favoring the underdog in his home country.

Aside from his impressive T7 at The Masters, Cameron Young has either missed the cut or finished outside the Top 50 in his last six events. Though Conners also has a pair of missed cuts, he's also notched finished of 12th, 8th and Valero Texas Open win in his past six events.

We are getting a win probability of 49.2% for Conners as opposed to 45.9% for Young and 4.9% for the tie.
