NFL Sunday: Over/Under

We are well past the halfway mark of this NFL season, and as with any other Sunday of pigskin action do we have yet another opportunity at riches by riding the points totals.

It was a dismal week for our DimersBOT last weekend, going 0/3 in its predictions, but that’s gambling. Just like Aaliyah, we dust ourselves off and try again.

So, what’s in store for this week? We’ve got three unders lined up for a big Sunday.

Chargers @ Dolphins
👇 UNDER 48.5 points has a 54% probability

Weird stat: Chargers are ranked second in the league for total yards but only 17th for points scored.

Another weird stat: Miami is in the top 10 worst teams for total yards given up but is 4th for points conceded. The Dolphins go into this one as favorites where the under has won out in each of the four times they’ve started a game as faves. Look for LA to be wasteful despite the ground they make.‍

Bills @ Cardinals
👇 UNDER 56.5 points has a 54% probability

The Bills beat the best offense in the league, the Seattle Seahawks, at their own game last weekend by piling on the points at will. Generally, though, the Bills aren’t huge scorers, ranking only in the middle of the road for points scored (26.9) this season.

Look for the Bills to return to their old selves this week and lock it down against Arizona.

Seahawks @ Rams
👇 UNDER 54.5 points has a 52% probability

DimersBOT hasn’t learned his lesson from last week and is taking on the best-rated offense in the league again!

No question the Seahawks will flood the total, but the question is: can the Rams? They’re ranked 22nd in the league for points scored. Our analysis shows this one juuuuuust falling short of the total.‍
