Who will win the NFL’s player awards including the MVP trophy? With only a few weeks left in the NFL regular season, you're running out of time to get any sort of value on most of the league's big awards. Each and every Tuesday we’re going to take a look at the big movers in each category.

Betting Updates on MVP, OPOTY, DPOTY and Other Player Awards

Most Valuable Player (MVP)

It’s taken 14 weeks but Jalen Hurts has finally become the betting favorite for the MVP trophy, and is now -150 to win the award. With Patrick Mahomes sliding into second at +200.

Joe Burrow is third at +1000 but it seems unlikely that both Hurts and Mahomes would falter enough for him to be able to steal the award.

Elsewhere, Josh Allen has slipped to +2200 from +1300, and Tua Tagovailoa from +1400 to a huge +6000.

Offensive Player of the Year (OPOTY)

Last week we had Tyreek Hill as favorite with Justin Jefferson third. A huge 223-yard performance from the Vikings wideout has moved him from +400 into the +140 favorite for the award.

Hill is tied for second at +300 alongside Eagles QB Jalen Hurts, with Patrick Mahomes at +1100. Nobody else is near the award right now.

Defensive Player of the Year (DPOTY)

Micah Parsons was -1250 to be DPOTY last week but he’s moved to -375 now. It’s less of a statement about him and more about who is second in the rankings.

Well, well, well...it looks like we have a battle on our hands. Micah Parsons is still favorite but in the past three weeks he’s gone from -1250 to -375 and is now -250.

In the meantime we’ve seen Nick Bosa go from +1400 to +400 and he’s now into +230. We could see a huge shock in the next few weeks if the Niners edge rusher has another dominant performance.

Chris Jones is third favorite at +4000 but this is firmly now a two-horse race.

Offensive Rookie of the Year (OROY)

We have a new favorite with Jets wide receiver Garrett Wilson now +200 favorite, just ahead of the Seahawks Kenneth Walker III at +300, who has slipped into second in the betting.

Behind them we have Christian Watson at +375 and Chris Olave at +700. Any one of the four could still grab this if they have a strong showing in the remaining month of the regular season.

With such an open field, outsiders like Brian Robinson (+2000), Dameon Pierce (+3000) and Isiah Pacheco (+3300) could make a late push.

Defensive Rookie of the Year (DROY)

Ahmad ‘Sauce’ Gardner is still the favorite at -480 and will surely be winning that award unless we see something wild happen.

If anybody is there to take advantage of a Gardner collapse then it’ll be either Aidan Hutchinson at +500 or Tariq Woolen at +600.

The next nearest players after that are at +10000 if you fancy anybody else to enter the conversation between now and the end of the season.

Coach of the Year (COTY)

At -360, Nick Sirianni has strengthened his grip on the trophy having been -170 last week.

The two nearest coaches are Dan Campbell and Robert Saleh at +1200, with Kevin O’Connell dropping to +2000 after his team got beaten by the Lions this past Sunday.

Comeback Player of the Year (CPOY)

This award will be headed to Seattle and into the arms of Geno Smith who remains the favorite and is still sat at -800.

Elsewhere we’ve seen former favorite Saquon Barkley move from +450 to +1000, where he is now level with Christian McCaffrey, who has jumped from +5000 into +1000 after his two-touchdown performance against the Buccaneers.

Like all boys growing up in the UK, Sam fell in love with soccer, before later falling in love with what they call football on the other side of the Atlantic. His passion for the Premier League is almost as strong as his love of sports betting, a topic he’s been covering for years. One day he hopes his beloved Plymouth Argyle reach the Premier League, but he wouldn’t bet on that happening soon. Sam’s at his best betting on soccer or the NFL.
