Four Plus-Money Ways to Bet on Knicks vs. Pacers Game 6

Four Plus-Money Ways to Bet on Knicks vs. Pacers Game 6

Now that we're into the second round of the NBA Playoffs, we're seeing at most two matchups per day. With the smaller slates and focused games, the books have been rolling out expanded betting markets, especially on player props that can offer lucrative plus-money opportunities.

The games in this round have seen wild variance, with most teams trading blowouts rather than grinding out close wins and it's resulted in some wild results. With the Pacers' backs against the wall here in Game 6, will we see a competitive game or another one decided by halftime?

We're going to dive into a few different markets for Game 6 of the New York Knicks vs. Indiana Pacers series with an eye on some plus-money ways to bet on this potential elimination game.

Our model has been running simulations on today's slate ever since lines became available and we are using that data to identify betting opportunities in the New York Knicks vs. Indiana Pacers game.

Four Ways to Bet on Knicks vs. Pacers Game 6 - May 17, 2024

As mentioned, we are looking at the Game 6 matchup featuring the New York Knicks vs. Indiana Pacers.

You can find a dozen props with an edgeas well as prop projections for every player in this game with Dimers Pro, so if you're not keen on these wagers, use our data to find the play that's right for you!

The below odds are via FanDuel Sportsbook and are correct at time of publishing.

Bet #1 - Jalen Brunson 40+ Points (+270)

Jalen Brunson has only been the highest scorer twice in this series, but both those times included him putting up 43+ points. It took a blowout and a missed 2Q for him to miss it in two of the other games and pushing 40 points and up has been the norm for Brunson this postseason.

We project for 39.8 points tonight, just hitting this mark at +270 odds. There's value in his standard over of 34.5 at -105 on DraftKings, but with a 61% probability of going over, you can find an opportunity with 40+.

Bet #2 - Josh Hart 6+ Assists (+220)

You can go ahead and take Hart's Over 4.5 at +108 if you want a more conservative wager backed by our model, with DimersBOT giving Hart a 57.5% probability of going over that mark, good enough for a 12.1% edge in his odds. However, we project him for 5.8 assists tonight, getting us nearly double the odds for one more dime. Hart has hit this mark in four games this postseason, including the first two of this series, flirting with a triple double in those games, as well. Hart is averaging 4.8 AST against 7.6 potential assists in these playoffs so far.

Bet #3 - D. DiVincenzo & M. Turner 20+ Points Each (+485)

Both these players are projected for 20 points tonight and each gets an individual edge in their standalone prop. Donte DiVincenzo gets a 21.7 projection against his 16.5 points line with a 60.5% probability to go over according to our model. Myles Turner draws a 19.9-point projection over his 17.5 line with a 55.1% probability of clearing. Turner's three-point prop is our highest edge of the day, as well. DiVincenzo put up 25, 28 and 35 through the first three games before single-digit outing in Games 4 & 5, while Turner has hit 20 twice.

Bet #4 - Tyrese Haliburton to Score the First Basket (+900)

The final prop is a first-basket bet identified with a small edge of 1.5% from our model. While that seems slim, it's a notable difference when you look at the odds. Haliburton's odds of +900 imply a 10% probability while we give him an 11.5% probability, which translates to odds closer to +750.

Dimers' Expert NBA Picks and Predictions

As well as being your best source for NBA predictions, Dimers also has the latest NBA news, NBA predictions for every game, weekly NBA best bets, and NBA props and NBA trends.

Can I bet on NBA with Dimers?

No. There’s no NBA bet slip on our site because we don’t take any NBA bets ourselves. We’re the friend who gives you the best NBA picks and predictions then tells you where and how to get the best NBA sign up offers at the sportsbooks, so you can throw your NBA bets down. That’s it!

When you click on one of our buttons or links in our NBA content, you’re whisked away to DraftKings, BetMGM, FanDuel, or one of the many other sportsbooks we work with.

Once you get there, you can join up to score a welcome bonus (up to $200!), and then get those NBA bets down for yourself, but you’re betting on the NBA with them, not us. Since you are never betting anything directly with us, we don’t have access to your personal information or sensitive financial info like credit card numbers.

It also means that despite our best efforts to confirm that a sports betting site still has that awesome NBA sign up offer available, the best ones often disappear just as quickly as they appeared. We always take these offers down once we know they’re no longer available. We take our responsibility to provide up to date NBA information very seriously.

Finally, Responsible Gambling is extremely important to us, so please remember that NBA betting should be seen as a form of entertainment - adding to your enjoyment while watching from the couch - not a side hustle or second income stream.

If Dimers doesn't take NBA bets, then how do you make money?

Whenever you join a sportsbook mentioned in our NBA picks and predictions across the website, or use one of our promo codes, we get a small commission for referring you. Don’t worry, though, this doesn’t affect you in any way at all. That’s a fee the sportsbook pays us as a thank-you for sending another NBA bettor their way.

We’re always happy to help our readers troubleshoot any problems. Start with our About Us or Contact Us and if that doesn’t work for you, then you can always send us an email at contact@dimers.com. We’ll do our best to help you figure it out.
