Tuesday MLB Parlay Analysis

White Sox vs. Blue Jays, 7:07PM ET

LEG 1: Vladimir Guerrero Jr. 1+ HR (+370) with DraftKings

Our model gives Vladdy a 29.9% chance to go yard tonight, a chunky 8.6% edge over the books' odds of +370. Over his last six games, he's alternated between hitting a home run and not hitting one. Last night, he didn't, and for one of the best hitters in the game, the law of averages plays well into our hand tonight.

Similarly, Mike Clevinger who will be on the rubber for the White Sox tonight, has also alternated good starts with mediocre starts, and he's coming off a mediocre one. His matchup with Vladito isn't a favorable one though, as he ranks in the bottom half of MLB in numerous power-hitting categories. though his trend runs contrary to Guerrerro Jr.'s, we're backing the model's projection tonight.

Royals vs. Diamondbacks, 9:40PM ET

LEG 2: Christian Walker 1+ HR (+500) with DraftKings

It's been a bit of a slow start for Christian Walker this season, but he's been heating up over the past week. Slashing a .348 average to go along with a .609 slugging percentage, it looks like Walker is getting in stride. He's hit just one homer in the past week and only three on the year, but draws a plus-pitching matchup with Brady Singer on the mound for the Royals.

After pitching a five-inning gem to start the season, Brady Singer has been in freefall. He's given up five, eight and five earned runs over his past three starts. His statcast is abysmal, and he sits in the bottom 1% of all of MLB pitchers in average exit velocity (97.6 mph), hard-hit percentage and expected slugging.
