Marlins vs. Nationals, 11:05AM ET

Normally our eyes would light up if we saw Patrick Corbin (4-10, 6.06 ERA) on the mound for the Nats - after all, he has been overall the worst performed starting pitcher in the MLB this season. But to his credit, the wheel is starting to turn. Corbin has put together a few nice performances in a row, including last week when he gave up just 1 run from 8 innings pitched against the Pirates. The Marlins have won every game so far this series, but with Braxton Garrett (1-3, 5.24 ERA) out there to start for Miami, this is Washington's best chance to avoid a clean sweep.

Giants vs. Diamondbacks, 6:10PM ET

San Francisco need to win this game like they need oxygen to breathe. It's been a tough couple of weeks for the Giants who are now losing ground on a wild card spot in the National League. They have a great opportunity to do that with one of their best aces in the hole in Carlos Rodon (7-4, 2.62 ERA) up against Madison Bumgarner (3-8, 3.63 ERA) - a man who has had to endure a lean run of his own, only winning once in his last 7 starts for Arizona.

Twins vs. White Sox, 8:10PM ET

The White Sox enjoyed a fruitful weekend in The Bay Area with a series sweep over the Giants but despite the 13 runs they scored yesterday, they'll find the offense a little harder to come by tonight. Minnesota are a top 10 defense in the MLB and that form line has stayed true recently, keeping their opponents down to less than 3 runs per game over their last 10 outings. Starting Twins pitcher Dylan Bundy (4-4, 4.71 ERA) has also had a much better time of things over the past month with 4 runs given up over his last 3 starts.
