BetMGM Sportsbook Promo, Bonus and Odds for June 8, 2022

BetMGM Sportsbook Promo, Bonus and Odds for June 8, 2022

In its ticket and handle percentage reporting on Wednesday morning, BetMGM reported heavy action on Boston Celtics forward Jayson Tatum scoring the first basket in tonight’s Game 3 of the NBA Finals (+550), Rory McIlroy to win this weekend’s RBC Canadian Open, and a mixed bag for American League East futures.

Tatum at +550 is BetMGM’s most bet prop, ahead of Klay Thompson under 19.5 points at -130 and Tatum over 27.5 points at -120.

With the Celtics posting a staggering first basket scored rating of more than 60% on the season and Tatum looking to set the tone early at home, it’s easy to see why the action is coming in hard on this better than 1 in 5 prop.

DimersBOT Pick: Tatum OVER 27.5 points, Thompson UNDER 19.5 points.

BetMGM 2022 RBC Canadian Open

BetMGM reports heavy bettor action coming in on Rory McIlroy, with the star from Northern Ireland grabbing 6.3% of the ticket and a whopping 11.8% of the handle. Cameron Smith is close behind on tickets bet at 6.2%, but just 6.8% of the handle.

BetMGM is currently giving +1000 odds on McIlroy to win, but the DimersBOT has identified as its favorite Justin Thomas at +900 through BetMGM as a 12.5% chance to win, followed by Scottie Scheffler, a +850 FanDuel favorite at 11.7%, just ahead of McIlroy, picked third by the Dimers.com simulator at 11.6%. Smith is fourth at 10.8% and goes +1200 to win on BetMGM.

BetMGM reports light movement with the biggest moves seeing Matt Fitzpatrick and Shane Lowry each moving from +2000 to +1800.

The DimersBOT, which performs more than 10,000 outcomes per event, likes Lowry a 6.3% chance to win, sixth best, and Fitzpatrick as a 4.8% to win and 7th overall.

BetMGM American League East Futures 2022

BetMGM data released Wednesday morning showed an interesting discrepancy between ticket and handle in the AL East race, with the Toronto Blue Jays getting the highest ticket percentage at 34.9 but the New York Yankees, who hold a 7-game lead in the division, but 50.8% of the ticket.

BetMGM still gives the Blue Jays the edge to win the division at +180 compared to the Yankees at +240 and the Rays closely behind at +240.

BetMGM considers the Baltimore Orioles at +15000 its biggest liability, though a heavy handle outweighing ticket percentage for the Yankees is worth keeping an eye on.

New customers with BetMGM Sportsbook can claim $200 in free bets from any NBA Finals game. All you need to do is place a $10 moneyline bet on Game 4 and you'll score $200 if either team hits a three-pointer. Regardless of the outcome of your bet, you win either way.

Happy betting!
