Artemi Panarin presents multiple betting opportunities vs. the Senators on Wednesday.

Despite just four games, the NHL slate is packed with betting value on Wednesday, January 14 and we've identified three NHL players our model says you need to bet one, thanks to the data sourced from the Dimers Pro suite of NHL features.

By carefully comparing today's best NHL player props value with data-backed NHL trends and statistical insights, we can utilize our NHL predictions to find the skaters best supported by our model and presenting value as straight bets or as an NHL parlay.

With the addition of two new NHL prop markets for Dimers Pro users this season - Points and Assists - we have more data at our disposal than ever before as we look to cash in with these NHL props, as well as two ways to parlay this data at +832 and +5813 odds.

Why you need to bet on these three NHL players on Wednesday, January 14

Our model has simulated all four games on Wednesday over 10,000 times, identifying the best data-backed ways to bet on each, from game lines to player props.

What primarily makes these three players stand out is each of them gets multiple props with Dimers value, as well as at least one corresponding positive prop trend, providing each player with multiple datapoints to support each bet.

Artemia Panarin (Rangers) to score a goal

First up in today's best props is Artemi Panarin in New York Rangers vs. Ottawa Senators, who gets the best goalscorer value out of any player on this slate, headlined by a 38.3% probability and 2.6% edge at +180 odds

Panarin has the second-most goals on the Rangers, but currently rides a four-game streak without a goal, his longest since stretch since mid-November. The Dimers model predicts that streak to end, giving Panarin the highest probability to score in this game.

Dating back to December 7th, Panarin has scored in every Rangers win and held out of the net in every Rangers loss. With our model favoring the Rangers on the Puck Line and giving them the better odds to win, this trend lines up well, as well as multiple other prop trends for Panarin, including 2+ points in 6 of his L11 games.

Matvei Michkov (Flyers) to record a point

Our next prop is the Flyers vs. Sabres game where we have value on Philadelphia's young winger Matveil Michkov to pick up a point with a 47.1% probability and 2.9% edge against his odds of +126.

After a solid November with 7 goals and 9 total points, Michkov's scoring has dipped, scoring just once but continuing to set the table with 8 total points in December.

He's also putting pucks on the net, tallying at least 2 shots on goal in 8 of his L12 games, despite the Flyers' struggles with scoring on their three-game losing streak. He'd match his longest stretch of the season without a point tonight (four games), so he's as due as he's been all year.

Jaden Schwartz (Kraken) over 1.5 shots on goal

The third player we're looking at gets the highest probability for a prop across all of tonight's four games, with Jaden Schwartz drawing a 63.2% chance to tally at least two shots on goal when the Kraken face the Devils.

Schwartz is backed by a favorable trend - he's recorded 2+ SOG in 15 of his L22 games - as well as a solid 3.6% edge at -148 odds. Schwartz has 1 SOG in his past two games, and if he goes under tonight, would match his first three-game streak with out at least 2 SOG since the opening games of the season.

The Devils have been hit hard lately, giving up 4+ goals in three of their past five and are expected to start Jakob Markstrom in net, who sports a 0.879 SV% and 3.41 GAA this season and hasn't recorded consecutive victories in over six weeks, and though he's at only 23.7%, Schwartz is our most likely player to score for Seattle.

How to bet these props in a parlay

While each of these NHL prop picks carries an individual betting opportunity identified by our model, bettors looking for alternative betting options can use this data in multiple ways, such as a three-leg parlay of the props above, or in a three-leg goalscorer parlay or round robin, since each of these skaters gets an edge from our model to score an anytime goal.

Based on probability, each player presents value in the market, with our model recommending them as straight bets based on the odds.

NHL Props Parlay (+832 on DraftKings): Panarin 1+ Goal, Michkov 1+ Point & Schwartz 2+ SOG
