PICK: Lightning at Senators Over 6.5 (-129)

The Ottawa Senators host the Tampa Bay Lightning tonight at Canadian Tire Center.

The Bolts are locked into either the second or third spot in the Atlantic Division, while the Sens are seven points out of the final Wild Card spot.

With 11 games remaining it seems like Ottawa will fall just short. As far as tonight goes, we have a potential goalie matchup of Brian Elliott and Mads Sogaard, who both are susceptible to giving up goals.

Elliott has a 3.15 goals against average and a .895 save percentage this season, while Sogaard has a goals against average of 3.38 and a save percentage of .887.

On the road, the Lightning are averaging  2.9 goals per game and allowing 3.3. At home, the Senators are averaging 3.5 goals per game and allowing three goals per game.

Both of these teams have plenty of offensive firepower and that should be showcased tonight. Six out of the last nine meetings have hit at least seven goals.
