It's an Ivy League night in college basketball and we've built a +598 odds college basketball parlay featuring three games with value identified by the Dimers model.

College basketball picks and parlay for Friday, February 13, 2026.
Today's college basketball parlay picks feature three Ivy League games.

College basketball betting takes center stage on Friday, February 13, and we've got our college basketball parlay picks ready to roll for the small 16-game slate. These college basketball picks focus on the Ivy League conference with all eight teams in action.

With both the NBA and NHL on break and just a modest 16-game Friday slate on the board, the betting menu is quieter than usual, but there is still plenty of Dimers data at our fingertips, which makes it a great opportunity to focus in on these sharp angles, each of them with a Dimers probability over 55%.

The Dimers model has identified three college basketball bets showing strong value, all coming from Ivy League matchups, with all three carrying the Dimers' "High Value" signal, identifying the biggest discrepancies on the sportsbooks.

For tonight’s parlay, we’re combining three spread selections into one +598 odds ticket, ideally turning these High Value picks from the Dimers App into one profitable parlay.

College Basketball Parlay - February 13, 2026

Leg 1: Princeton +3.5 vs. Cornell

Time: Feb 13, 7:00pm (ET)

The Dimers model shows clear value on Princeton to cover the points, giving the Tigers a 58.4% cover probability and a 6.0% edge at -110 odds. That’s a meaningful number for a short spread, and our model finds some upside in a Princeton upset at well at 42.2%. Cornell scores 91.1 points per game, third in the country, but also allows 85.1, ranking near the bottom of the nation defensively. A team that relies that heavily on scoring margins is naturally vulnerable in a tight spread.

Princeton has been reliable as an underdog at 11-5 ATSwhile Cornell is just 6-5 covering as a favorite and only 8-11 on the season. This game total of 154.5 is also well below Cornell's season average, with our model's 51.7% probability of the under pointing towards a tighter battle in which the Tigers keep it close.
