Sweepstakes Casino is one of the latest US social casinos I’ve been testing over the last few weeks, and although my initial impressions were mixed, I soon changed my mind due to the awesome game library they have.

The website design looks a little basic and retro, and there are definitely more stylish and modern sites to try. However, that’s just surface appearances - when I actually started looking at the navigation, features, and usability, I saw this site in a different light.
It has a primary left-hand navigation with links to all the major features such as the promotions and game categories, and I like that there are multiple ways to find the games you want, such as specific categories, game themes, and developer pages. While I’m not a fan of the live play ticker which shows prizes customers are getting, I DO like the new release section which shows games that have just been added.
So, my point here is that although the site isn’t the flashiest, from a usability standpoint, it works fantastically. You’ve also got a decent mobile version which works exactly the same - I didn’t find a downloadable smartphone app though which is something they could improve.

Amazon Jackpots review, I’m now going to delve into the legitimacy of Sweepstakes Casino and what it does to keep its customers safe.

My first customer support interaction was via the live chat - I was able to get through to them within a few minutes, and for the most part they were helpful. There were a few instances though where I felt like the reps didn’t fully understand how the site works, or have enough info about its features. Security and KYC Processes
I always felt secure while playing at Sweepstakes Casino - I noticed that they use SSL encryption for all data transfers which is something I expect as standard. On top of that, there’s a pretty robust geoblocker to prevent access from outside the US, and they also have a detailed KYC policy which includes a full ID verification check if you want to unlock all of the site’s features and be able to make Sweeps Coin (SC) cash prize redemptions. Lastly, there’s common documentation including sweepstakes rules and a responsible social gaming page.
Virtual Currencies
Sweepstakes Casino uses Gold Coins (GC) and Sweeps Coins (SC) for gameplay. You can switch between these two virtual currencies, and whichever one you play with, you have the chance of getting the same virtual currency back.

I had no doubts about the legitimacy of Sweepstakes Casino after my initial testing. You cannot make real money deposits, nor can you play any of the games using USD. It’s virtual currency gameplay only, and they also follow the no purchase necessary requirement by giving you a range of different GC and/or SC promotions.
