I’ve known about Casumo UK Casino for some time now, and over the last few weeks I’ve finally got round to jumping onto the site, signing up, and testing its features to create this Casumo Casino review.
I immediately took a shine to the casino due to its stylish website design and brilliant game library, but you can read my full thoughts and findings below. I share with you insight on important aspects of the casino such as its licensing, welcome bonus, payment methods, and mobile accessibility so you can see if you want to play here.
When I first opened the Casumo Casino site I noticed the simple, clean, and modern website design. It’s not flashy at all - there are some simple graphics, but I like the emphasis on the un-cluttered nature of the layout, and the promotion of the games. It’s especially easy to use and I think as you saw in my
Duelz Casino review, this is one of the better operators in terms of usability for beginners.
One of the top features I found for usability was the search function for the game library. Instead of a simple search box, you also get some “smart filters”. These allow you to quickly search for specific games with filters like software developer, game category, or game feature like Megaways. If, like me, you know what you’re looking for and like playing games from specific developers, you’ll find this feature useful.
From a technical standpoint, the site is great. Page speeds are quick, and the games I tested on my desktop PC loaded quickly and I was able to maximize them to give me a full screen resolution.
Like with the Magic Red Casino review I complied, I looked at the basic features that make Casumo UK Casino work. These are vital things you need for safety, security, accessibility, and control.
It goes without saying that you should only ever play at licensed UK online casinos. Licenses are there for a reason - to protect you and make sure you have a fair and enjoyable gaming session. If an operator has no license, you have no guarantee they will act ethically. They could use rigged games, ignore your complaints, or even purposefully withhold your money.
This isn’t the case with Casumo. Its parent company is Recro Limited which is registered in Malta, and it is covered by UK Gambling Commission gambling license 61549. I checked this license on the UKGC website and it is active. This means that the site is audited and monitored by the UKGC and must comply with UK gambling regulations.

Most of the UK online casinos I’ve tested have superb security and it’s never been a concern. However, I still take precautions and check for basic features like SSL encryption. Casumo has this, and when I wrote this Casumo Casino review, they had an active SSL certificate from WE1/Google Trust Services which is one of the most common variants - it basically means the SSL encryption is working and your data is protected.
This operator also follows standard documentation practices and gives you all the info you need to see how the site works. You can see the terms and conditions, bonus terms, privacy notice, cookie policy, and fairness statement. I don’t think you need to read all of these, but it’s important they are there and you can access them if needed.
Responsible gambling is something I promote and believe in and it appears that Casumo Casino has the same approach. Case in point, in the website footer you have a statement regarding responsible play, and links to Be Game Aware, Problem Gambling Support, and GAM STOP. These are three well-known support organizations in the UK that can give you help if needed.
When I created my account here I also looked for tools and after completing the registration you can instantly set your deposit limits. This is one of the first things I do when starting at a new casino - I’ll give myself a weekly and monthly limit to stay in charge of my finances. Casumo also has self-exclusion tools, plus the ability to take timeouts and disable your account for set periods if you need a break.
Although I hardly have to use online casino support tools, I always check to see what methods a site has. In the case of Casumo, there’s an FAQ section, help center, live chat, and email support. Click on the “more” icon in the top right-hand corner of the site and you get the help options plus main site categories.
I think the FAQ is pretty basic and needs fleshing out - there’s only 7 categories, and a handful of common questions for each one. In contrast, the help centre has a variety of games guides and information that can be useful in learning how the site works. If you need human support, I recommend the live chat. As far as I could see, it’s available 24/7 and you just have to enter your name and email to get started. I tested this three times where I first had to speak to the AI chatbot, but within a few minutes I was connected to actual support reps.

Obviously you need to be able to make payments at this UK online casino and with that in mind, I checked the banking system. When I made my account and processed my first deposit, the following payment methods were available:
Deposits are instant, and there’s no deposit fee - you can get started with as little as £5. For withdrawals, the only real restriction is that you need to use the same payment method that you did for your deposits. No withdrawal fees are charged for payments of £10 or more, but there is a £3 fee for withdrawals under £10 which I think is something they need to scrap.
Processing times for payments are great though - I made several withdrawals and the money was in my bank account within a few hours max each time.

Like my Pub Casino review I want you to get excellent value for money, so this section takes a quick look at the available promotions. We’ve got a complete Casumo Casino bonus code review that gives you a full breakdown, but I’ll at least discuss the welcome bonus and VIP program below.
I think this is one of the better UK casino welcome bonuses I’ve claimed - the terms are simple, and you get two benefits from it:
You have to make a minimum £20 deposit to qualify which I would like to be lower, but for that you get a big chunk of bonus money, and free spins on a popular Pragmatic Play slot with a 96.73 RTP. There’s a 30x wagering requirement on your bonus funds and any winnings you make from the free spins, and you have to use your bonus funds and meet the wagering requirements within 7 days which I think is reasonable.
I still recommend checking the full terms and conditions for this welcome bonus before signing up though so you understand things like wagering weighting, and to make sure nothing has changed, as these things often can without notice.
From what I can see, there isn’t a specific VIP program at Casumo, but there is a range of promos for existing customers such as:
There is also the special Umodays promo which enables you to potentially get a new bonus each day of the week. From my experience, this can typically include free spins and deposit match bonuses.
For this Casumo Casino review, much like my Pub Casino review, I wanted to look at mobile accessibility as I imagine that most people game on their smartphones as opposed to their desktop computers today (I know I do!). This operator offers either an Android or iOS downloadable app, and both have excellent ratings from their relevant stores.
The Google Play version has a 4.0 star rating from 1,000+ reviews, and it has over 100,000 downloads. The App Store product has a 4.1 star rating from 900+ reviews and it is ranked #50 in the casino category on the App Store. I quickly checked the reviews and most were positive, praising the style of the app and the game variety. A few negative comments claimed that the operator withheld their withdrawals - from my experiences, I can’t agree with this - the payouts I requested were always processed within a few hours.
For usability, the app looks great. I used the Play Store version and it’s easy to get on with - you get quick loading times, a smooth navigation, and the games load without problems. I rate the Casumo Casino app as one of the better products that I’ve tested.
To finish, I spent ages testing the games and looking for entertainment at Casumo Casino.
The first thing I noticed about the game collection was the developers. Casumo works with some of the best iGaming producers including the following:
The overall game collection is solid and you’ve got slots, jackpots, Slingo, single player table games, arcade games, and live dealer games. I was impressed with the live dealer collection as they have some of the best game variants like Quantum, Lightning, and Mega Fireblaze blackjack. The game shows are also awesome, and I had a blast playing arcade games like Plinko and Mines.
If you want a retro experience though, Casumo also has a top Megaways collection. You can enjoy iconic titles like Buffalo King, Big Bass Bonanza, Eye of Horus, and the Fishin’ Frenzy series.
I hope you’ve found this Casumo Casino review interesting - I definitely had a blast writing it! There’s room for improvement with this UK online casino, and I think they could remove the fees for payments under £10, and make the min deposit lower for the welcome bonus. BUT, despite that, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it, and I think it’s one of the better UK operators available. You’ve got some awesome features such as the live dealer collection, daily promos, and a fantastic mobile app. So, why not click one of our links here, sign up, and get gaming today?
