You’ll get 10,000 GC and 1 SC for creating your account and verifying your phone, and then you’ll get the remaining 20,000 GC and 1.5 SC after you confirm your email address. Overall, the 2.5 SC is standard if not a tiny bit above average, while the 30,000 GC is lower than most other brands. Most sweepstakes casinos offer around 100,000 GC and 2 SC on average, but some outliers offer considerably more, as you may have read about in the

Are There Any Daily Rewards Available?
Yes! The virtual currency doesn’t stop with the

By the time I was done claiming all of this, my virtual currency balances were 57,500 GC and 7.70 SC. Your balances will be different depending on what you collect from the scratch card and wheel spin.
However, after I claimed 5 SC from a scratchcard, a popup window informed me that the playthrough rate on those Sweeps Coins is 10x. Yes, and what I really like about the program is that it’s transparent. You’ll need to collect XP (experience points) to move through the eight tiers of the program. As you move through the tiers, you’ll get bigger and better rewards including virtual currency bonuses, a birthday bonus, and faster SC redemptions. For example, you’ll start at the Challenger tier, and to get to the Knight level – which is where the bonuses kick in – you’ll need to collect 2000 XP in the following ways:

Is It Worth Climbing the Tiers?
Each player needs to answer this based on their gameplay. Go ahead and crunch your own numbers to see how obtainable it is for you to rise through the tiers. For example, you need 40 hours of active Sweeps Coins play to get 2000 points. But when you toss in 30 XP for consecutive days, and 10 XP each time you play a game for the first time, you’ll get to 2000 XP quicker than 40 hours.
The downside here is that playtime is calculated on SC, rather than both GC and SC like some other brands. But the upside is that it’s all transparent, so each player can decide for themselves whether it’s worth pursuing the next tier in the program.

As for the gaming experience itself, I was really pleased with it. The site is clearly optimized for mobile use, as everything loaded fast, and gameplay was smooth with great animations and soundtracks. I found the games to play well on both my laptop and my phone.

GC purchases start at just $1.99, which is great, and you can use Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or CashApp. This brand offers more payment options than many other similar brands, and all options put the virtual currency into your account instantly.
When it comes time for SC redemptions, you can choose debit cards which take two or three days, or you can opt for a bank transfer which can take up to seven days. You’ll need at least 100 eligible SC before you can redeem a cash prize. That’s on the high end for sweepstakes casinos, and when you add that to the high playthrough rate for some or all of your bonus Sweeps Coins, it seems their policies aren’t particularly player friendly.
Take note that the sweeps rules mention gift card SC redemptions, but I confirmed with customer service that the option isn’t currently available since you won’t find it listed as an option during SC redemption. And that brings us to the next part of my review…

This brand offers a decent collection of FAQs with step-by-step processes that cover many basic questions, such as how to verify your account or how to purchase Gold Coins. The other channels for customer service include email support, or you can opt for live support (but only if you’re logged in). I used the live support chat function and expected to get a chat bot.
At first, the chat directed me to choose a topic, and after I did that, a human agent appeared in the chat instantly to answer my questions quickly and thoroughly. I’d rate this as one of the best and most responsive customer support experiences I’ve had at a sweepstakes casino, so you can rest assured knowing a human is sitting on the other side of that chat box waiting to help you.
