If you get stuck and need help while using this site, you will have to use the FAQ section or email support. I want them to add a live chat in the future or create a full help center. The FAQ section is OK, but it does have a spoof section, which admittedly is funny, but it provides no actual support value. I sent off a handful of emails at different times of the day, and the average response time was within 24 hours - I’ve come to expect this from sweepstakes casinos, but they really need to add some type of quick support option.

How’s the Usability at DealOrNoDealWin Social Casino?
I like my social casinos to be simple and easy to use, and this is exactly the user experience you get with DealOrNoDealWin. It, of course, uses the classic Deal or No Deal black, white, and gold color scheme, the official logo, but other than that, the site is pretty basic. You’ve got a nice menu on the left where you can access the games and promos, and all the other relevant info, like sweepstakes rules, can be found in the site footer.
I do think they could improve the game library layout, though - especially the scrolling game providers tab. This feature doesn’t work great on the desktop site, and I want a simple button to view all of the publishers. That’s just me being picky, though, and overall, I think beginners to sweepstakes gaming will be able to use this site no problem.
For mobile gaming, you’ll have to use your browser, as I didn’t find a downloadable app. Not many sweepstakes casinos have one, though, so I didn’t mind. The mobile browser version worked just as well as the desktop site for me, and you still get the same simplicity and ease of use. The games I tested were mobile-optimized, too. This meant that I could tilt my phone sideways and play in landscape mode if I wanted.
