Prophet X is a sports-focused prediction trading platform that offers a multi-contract “Parlay Mode”, competitive bonuses, and several other standout features. And in today’s Prophet X review, I’ll explore what makes the site stand out from the crowd most.
But first, a word of warning. If you’re interested in trading sports event contracts with the platform on its stock market-inspired exchange, you need to be aware that this is risky. Nevertheless, I think Prophet X has a lot to offer, particularly to more serious sports fans. So, here are my thoughts on the site’s markets, bonuses, and more.
Prophet X is a bit different from other prediction trading sites I’ve tested. You’ll be trading “yes” and “no” event contracts tied to real-world event outcomes here, just as my Gemini Predictions review found you can do over there.
But with Prophet X, instead of scrolling through stock market-style graphics and trading events one at a time, the site does the math for you, and offers opportunities to bundle more than one trade together via its “Parlay Mode”, too. It also uses a peer to peer (P2P) matching system for all trades, and specializes almost exclusively in sports, rather than offering a broader range of event categories. Let’s look at what that means for you.
Trading with Prophet X can be risky, particularly if you’re trading in higher volumes. But it can also be a lot of fun - particularly if you’re a major sports fan, and looking for prediction trading opportunities with an unusual P2P angle. Here’s how you can get involved with the service in eligible states:
Alternatively, you can accept prices that are already advertised on the site. While I found that contract prices generally range from $0.01 to $0.99 apiece, and that correct outcomes will always settle at $1, while incorrect ones will close at $0, resulting in a loss. It's also worth noting that a 2% fee is usually charged on your net winnings, too.
So far, the service sounds pretty competitive, right? But what sports and other markets are currently covered?
At the time of writing, I found that Prophet X’s markets can vary from state to state. I’ll talk more about availability in the next section. But markets-wise, most users get access to the following:
| Prediction market | Sub-categories covered | Example event contract |
|---|---|---|
| Football | NFL and College Football | “Seattle Seahawks vs. Washington Commanders?” |
| Baseball | MLB | “New York Mets vs. Washington Nationals?” |
| Basketball | WNBA | “Indiana Fever Vs. Las Vegas Aces?” |
| Golf | Outrights and Matchups | “2026 Presidents Cup Tournament Winner?” |
| Fighting | UFC and boxing | “Ricky Simon vs. Montel Jackson?” |
| Soccer | Major League Soccer, UEFA Nations League, and Copa Del Rey | “England vs. Spain?” |
| Tennis | ATP Opens and WTA Women’s Singles | “Maja Chwalinska vs. Leylah Fernandez?” |
Other sports you might encounter include Formula One and CFL. While Prophet X also offers a “Politics” page that covers US Senate and Mayoral elections. Although these election contracts are quite limited compared to what I uncovered in my Plus500 review. And Prophet X doesn’t offer entertainment, weather or crypto contracts yet, either. Sports contracts are front and center at all times, basically.
If that’s what you’re into, a few cool features the site offers, include:
Once upon a time, Prophet X operated as a social betting site, and had pretty patchy US availability. But in June 2026, the operator was approved to offer stock market-style prediction trading through a Designated Contract Market (DCM), and completely revamped its service offering.
Today, Prophet X operates as a Commodity and Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) registered event contract trading platform. And that’s the only service it offers.
In terms of availability, this setup means you can access ProphetX, and buy and sell event contracts here, from 45 US states, with the exception of Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, Nevada, New York, and Ohio. Although if I were you, I’d keep a close eye on your local news and developments regarding prediction trading. As the availability of ProphetX and sites like it can change at short notice.
As it stands, I found that the Prophet X app and website use location services and geo-tracking tools to log your location. This means you’ll be actively prevented from accessing their prediction markets if you try to sign up or log in from a prohibited location.
ProphetX has some other pretty nifty security features, too. SSL encryption is in full swing. Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is offered on signup, too, and strict Know Your Customer (KYC) checks are used to verify traders’ IDs. So, all things considered, I’d say the site is legit and up to industry standards.
Prophet X’s dashboard, which presents its contracts as “spreads”, “moneylines” and “totals” rather than using more traditional “yes” versus “no” contracts, probably won’t work for everybody. But if you’re a sports fan like me, you’ll no doubt appreciate the site’s simplicity.
The main predictions page uses a toned-down navy blue background with light gray and turquoise text, which is easy on the eyes, and feels fun and modern, too. While it also offers single-click filters for trending events and popular sports, like NFL, MLB or the ATP Chengdu Open, for example - which makes finding your way around a breeze.
There’s a search engine in the top right-hand corner, which works reasonably well, but can be a bit on the slow side at times. While you’ll also find some handy how-to info on how to set your own prices or place a “Quick Trade” in the sidebar.
Basically, it’s all pretty solidly put-together in my book. Although it would’ve been nice to have seen just a few more splashes of color.
Prophet X offers P2P prediction trading via some pretty well-designed iOS and Android apps, too. These have managed to stack up user ratings of 4.8-stars on the App Store, and 4.3 on Google Play since their launch.
I downloaded both, and found they covered all the same sports prediction markets as Prophet X’s site in my state. I was also impressed by the fast loading times between taps, and how sensibly the filter buttons and menus had been resized.
What’s more, if you’re not into having thousands of apps on your device, Prophet X’s standard site is mobile-friendly, and runs super smoothly on Chrome and Safari, too.
I struggled to find an obviously-labeled bonuses or promos page on Prophet X. But I did see in the site’s homepage banner that there’s a “trade $50, get $75” bonus available right now, which can be claimed on sign up in participating states.
You can read my Prophet X bonus code guide to learn how to claim this offer one step at a time, and what T&Cs currently apply. The key thing to watch out for, mind, is that this offer will credit you three separate $25 bonuses in installments after you’ve qualified, rather than topping up your account with a $75 bonus right away.
Prophet X has previously posted on X and other social media about the potential to unlock VIP perks “with no tiers” on the site. However, you’ll need to catch the management’s eye if you hope to receive a personalized VIP invitation some day.
In the meantime, there are a few other bonuses that longer-term traders can still enjoy. The most exciting-sounding ones I encountered when writing today’s Prophet X review, were:
Prophet X offers a solid variety of payment options that’s actually a little broader than what I found in my recent ADI Predictstreet review. Prophet X partners with PayNearMe to support VISA, MasterCard, Apple Pay and Google Pay via their site and apps. While you can also fund your account through a bank transfer using AeroPay, or with crypto using Zerohash. The minimum deposit limit is $10, and processing is practically instant. But it's important to note that only debit cards - not credit cards - are accepted.
On withdrawals you’re a bit more limited. Online banking via Aeropay, paper check or wire transfer are the only options supported, and the latter comes with a maximum cash out cap of $5,000. The average withdrawal time is up to five business days. This is competitive, but I found that sometimes, Prophet X may request some government-issued ID, a selfie of you holding said ID, and a copy of a recent US bank statement alongside your withdrawal request. So, be prepared for potentially longer delays.
Prophet X offers you plenty of avenues for getting in touch with their team if ever you have any issues. There’s a rare telephone hotline linked in the site’s footer, for example. While the “Contact Us” page of their app offers an online query form complete with a sizable description box, and a file upload feature.
You can also email ProphetX directly, with staff available between 8am and 8pm EST, regardless of which contact option you go for. During the tests I carried out, the team replied a little faster to the online contact form I sent in, than the email I pinged them. But if I’m being completely honest here, I was disappointed that there’s no direct live chat option on either their site, or their app. As live chat usually comes as standard with many competitors.
If you’re trying to locate simpler info, I found that Prophet X’s “Help Center” features a series of useful “Prophet 101” guides that are great for first-timers. You’ll also find individualized prediction trading rules pages for specific sports markets here, too. These clearly spell out how the rules may differ when trading tennis, soccer, baseball and other event-tied prediction contracts on a P2P basis.
Prophet X is a prediction trading platform that certainly offers plenty of potential - particularly if you’re big into sports, and curious about the site’s unusual, P2P trading model. The brand’s also available across 45 states, offers a competitive “trade $50, get $75” bonus, and some nicely designed iOS and Android apps.
Having said that, trading with Prophet X can be risky. While, if you run into any issues with Prophet X’s site or apps, it is kinda annoying that there’s no live chat available. And of course, the limited politics markets and lack of other event categories outside of sports won’t suit everybody, either.
Nevertheless, if you’re a sports nut like me, and you’d like to try out Prophet X today, you can create an account from any eligible US state using our banners right here.
Prophet X offers opportunities to trade event contracts tied to potential real-world sports outcomes across NBA, MLB, UFC, soccer, tennis and more. Just note that market coverage may vary depending on which of the site’s 45 permitted US states you’re trading from.
Yes - Prophet X offers highly-rated apps for both iOS and Android. These generally offer all the same features as Prophet X’s site. Although I didn’t encounter any app-exclusive bonuses or incentives.
New prediction trading apps are launching pretty frequently these days. You can read my Meta Arena review to learn more about that soon to be launched competitor, for example. While you might also want to consider Gemini Predictions and Plus500 - two already-active sites that both offer similar services to Prophet X, but with less of a sports-first lean.
