NBA Props: Four things to know for NBA betting on Saturday, March 14
We use the Dimers Pro NBA projections to find the best betting angles on Saturday, March 14.

Another day, another slate full of NBA betting opportunities with teams making their NBA playoff push in a seven-game NBA schedule on Saturday, March 14, and we are once again looking at some of the best NBA player props to make, utilizing data-backed insights from the Dimers Pro suite.
Though not everyone came through, we found some nice NBA prop angles last night, with a monster game from Anthony Edwards and plus-money assists on Deni Avdija, our top prop of the night.
From our best bets and props to the Dimers Pro NBA Projections Hub and our prop trends, all exclusive to Dimers Pros, we have a loaded arsenal of features to help you cut through the noise and find the most profitable ways to bet on every single NBA game.
Our expansive projections hub is a go-to resource, identifying players on the brink of significant statistical performances, notably those who are within range of double digits in multiple categories as “Double-Double Threats” or “Triple-Double Threats” as well as find players who are projected not just to hit their regular prop line, but go over even further and cash some plus-money alternate lines or ladder props.
There are seven games on tonight, but we're going to focus on the four games in the night slate, beginning with Celtics vs. Wizards.
1. Jayson Tatum's upside
Game: Celtics vs. Wizards
Tip: 6:00 PM ET
In the first game of the evening slate, we got about as mismatched of a matchup as we can get in the NBA this season, with the second-place Celtics facing the second-last Washington Wizards.
The Wizards have been one of the best teams to target for betting player props all season, ranking at the bottom of the league in virtually all defensive categories, most recently being the team that gave up 83 points to Bam Adebayo.
As such, there are likely a number of profitable betting angles for tailing the Celtics tonight, but we'll focus on Jayson Tatum, who gets his highest projections by the Dimers model since his return.
He's played 27 minutes in each of his three games and scored increasingly more each time, also taking a high of 14 three-point attempts in his most recent game.
Tonight, we project him for 22.1 points, 7.2 rebounds, 5.3 assists and a team-high 3.1 threes. Washington ranks 30th in opponent points and rebounds, 29th in assists and 26th in 3PT% over their last 15 games.
2. Backing Bam on the boards
Game: Magic vs. Heat
Tip: 8:00 PM ET
In the battle of Florida teams, Bam Adebayo could find himself running the show again with teammates Tyler Herro and Norman Powell both listed as questionable, but available to play tonight.
While that might put plenty of attention on his scoring, especially after his 83-point night just a few days ago, we're turning our attention to his rebounding ability.
A top 10 rebounder in the league, he gets a projection of 10.1 boards tonight, the highest in this game. At DraftKings, Bam's line is 9.5, pointing to a solid straight bet for him to go over, but you could also consider taking him as the game's rebounds leader at +218.
In four games vs. the Magic this year, Bam led the game in rebounds in three of them. It's important to note that in those games, Miami's other C Kel'el Ware played fewer minutes than he has lately and he could be a threat on the glass if he gets a full complement of minutes tonight
If both Herro and Powell sit, then Bam becomes an interesting play for the game's top scorer (+339), as he would instantly project as Miami's points leader, alongside Ware as the top rebounder.
Monitor this one as we get closer to tip-off.
3. Triple-double battle in Los Angeles
Game: Nuggets vs. Lakers
Tip: 8:30 PM ET
We've got a marquee matchup on the West Coast tonight, with the 4-seed Lakers facing the 5-seed Nuggets, separated by just a half game in the standings.
Though just one game, this could have major implications with seeds 3-7 separated by a total of 2.5 games, meaning it won't take much for one of these teams to fall into the Play-In Tournament, so we, like our model, expect the stars to be giving maximum effort in this one.
That's evident in our projections where the elite of the elite, Nikola Jokic and Luka Doncic project atop the board tonight, with a line of 32.3 points, 8.0 rebounds and 8.9 assists for Luka and 29.0 points, 12.9 rebounds and 11.5 assists for Jokic.
Here are three ways to play them as they go head-to-head, based on their Dimers model projections:
Jokic + Doncic 50+ PRA each: +162 on DraftKings
Jokic + Doncic 30+ Points each: +180 on DraftKings
Jokic + Doncic Triple Doubles: +750 on DraftKings
Our Lakers vs. Nuggets projections
4. Raining threes vs. Sacramento
Game: Clippers vs. Kings
Tip: 10:30 PM ET
Kawhi Leonard has become a staple in this article series lately, but he's been on fire and he's been delivering in great matchups, so if the data lines up, he deserves our attention.
That's the case once again tonight, with Leonard drawing an A+ matchup vs. the pitiful Kings as Leonard gets a projection of 29.9 points and 2.5 threes with his newest teammate Darius Garland projected for 19.4 points and 2.4 threes, both the top marks for either team in this game.
Since joining the Clippers, Garland has scored 20+ points and 3+ threes in his past three games, with 5+ threes in back-to-back. Since the All-Star Break, Leonard has hit 30+ or 3+ threes in four games.
All of those marks are at plus-money on DraftKings and Sacramento has the worst three-point defense over their past 15 games, the only team allowing opponents to shoot over 40% frmo beyond the arc.
Multiple teammates have tagged the Kings for 3+ threes in nearly every game since the break (we attacked this angle with the Hornets last week and cashed), signaling upside for both Garland and Leonard tonight.
Garland is a GTD with toe injury management and Leonard is on a back-to-back, so keep an eye on their statuses closer to tip-off, but both have big upside from the Dimers model tonight.
