How to Use the Head-to-Head Predictor

You can use this tool to build parlays and identify standalone value bets that you otherwise might not find. Because it allows you to select the golfers rather than use pre-existing matchups, you can simulate any matchup you want.

Using the tool is as simple as can be:

• Open up the Dimers Pro Head-to-Head Predictor
• Choose your two golfers from the dropdown menu, or search by name
• Select either “Round 1” or “Tournament” results
• The matchup will automatically simulate

It’s really that easy! Once you’ve picked your golfers within the too, it will spit out our results for those two golfers to compete head-to-head, no loading required.

Identify Value Bets with the Predictor

After you select your golfers, you probably want to know whether or not the books are offering you a fair price or taxing you with the odds for that particular golfer to win. To do so, simply click on the “Fair Odds/Percentages” toggle at the top right of the tool, and just like that, you’ve got what our model says the odds *should* be for each golfer.

Example: Our model gives Rory McIlroy a 55% chance to beat Ludvig Aberg head-to-head, however, you see that McIlroy is priced at +105, which implies a 49% probability. The Predictor will reveal that McIlroy should be priced at -120, identifying clear value!

Simulate 3-Ball Matchups

While the tool only allows you to plug in two golfers at a time, you can still use it to gain insights into larger groupings, like 3-ball matchups.

Let’s say you have golfers A, B, and C:

• Sim Golfer A vs. Golfer B
• Sim Golfer A vs. Golfer C
• Sim Golfer B vs. Golfer C

This will help you narrow down the golfer who’s least likely to beat the others, which means you’ll be left with picking between just two, and our Dimers Pro Head-to-Head tool does just that!

Plus, each matchup will provide you with Top 5, Top 10, Top 20 and outright winner probabilities for each golfer, so you can see on a finer scale just how likely one is to finish above the others.

Building Head-to-Head Parlays

Now that you’ve got a handle on the tool, you’ll want to open up your sportsbooks and see which matchups are available at each. Once you find the ones you’re looking for, be it 2-balls, 3-balls or any other groupings, sim the matchups you want to use.
