Bonus offer - No welcome bonus available
As I mentioned at the top of this article, my first source of disappointment was the lack of a welcome offer. At nearly every other online casino I’ve played at, I’ve been given free Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins (SC) with no purchase when signing up.
Here, there is no such offer, nor is there anything to incentivize your first purchase. All that’s available is the 10,000 GC + 0.40 SC daily reload bonus, which is available to existing players anyway.
For me, it is essential that brands make an effort to appeal to new players and incentivize them to play on their platforms. Given the lack of such offers on this site, I’m not at all convinced that this brand is a good choice.

Wild World Casino review - Usability, look, and feel
The design of this website is very basic, dated, and, dare I say, a little bit cheap-looking overall. They say you should never judge a book by its cover, but I think that first impressions count for a lot, and there wasn’t much to inspire confidence.
Even the game graphics, while colorful, looked like early ‘00s rip-offs of popular slots. Moreover, the low-spec green-and-black facade of the homepage resembles a website from the dial-up internet era (for those of you old enough to remember the halcyon days of Windows ‘98).
The layout isn’t terrible, and I didn’t have too much trouble with the navigation, but it also lacked any notable features or USPs. Again, not I site I would personally come back to or recommend to you.
Mobile app - Not the best product
The first of a few setbacks here is that the mobile app is only available to download for Android devices. Moreover, it has no user reviews or ratings on Google Play, which usually isn’t a great sign in my experience.
Speaking of user reviews, the mobile-optimized website, the only option for iOS users, has a Trustpilot score of 2.4/5. It therefore seems that most others echo my opinion of this site having played here.
The mobile-optimized website is much like the platform that I described above, only a bit more confusing to navigate. Some of the areas of the site that are easy to find on the desktop platform, such as the games lobby and contact info, are hidden away on the mobile version.

Payments - I wouldn’t spend money here
I should start this section of my Wild World Casino review by stating that you can play for free here and that purchases are not mandatory. As I said before, I wouldn’t play here for free, let alone spend money on the site.
As well as Visa and Mastercard, you can purchase Gold Coins (GC) using crypto. Crypto isn’t ordinarily accepted by most legit sweepstakes casinos online in the US and is a payment method that I would typically avoid.
SC prize redemptions
I didn’t get as far as redeeming a prize as everything up to this point didn’t spire confidence. However, with the following minimum balances you can apparently redeem prizes with your Sweeps Coins (SC):

These minimum requirements are high compared to some of the better-rated sweepstakes casinos that you can find recommended here at Dimers.com. Moreover, I’ve read some user reviews suggesting that they don’t always credit prizes that players are due.
Customer service - Very poor
There are three customer service options when you click the “Contact Us” button on this site, all of which leave a lot to be desired.

Here you can fill out a form by leaving your name and email address, but in my experience, it either took an age for them to get back to me or in some cases, I received no response at all. When I did receive responses, they were as vague and unhelpful as the FAQ section.

I tried using this function a few times but there was never anyone on the other and I received no responses, so I can’t really rate or review it.

License and security - Ticks the basic boxes
This brand doesn’t have a license, but that’s because it’s a sweepstakes casino and not a traditional online casino or gambling site. It ticks all of the legal boxes for a sweepstakes casino in that there is a strict 18+ age limit, a list of the prohibited states (Nevada, Idaho, and Washington), and clear Sweeps Rules.
In terms of security, the site appears to have some basic features like HTTPS but few additional features to inspire extra confidence. No huge red flags here, but I would still avoid signing up and giving your personal data to these guys just to be on the safe side.
VIP/Rewards Program - Very vague about what you get
A VIP program is mentioned on the site, but there is very little information provided about what you get. Additionally, when I clicked on the promotions tab, nothing was listed.
In practice, when I signed up to the site and played here to do some research for this Wild World Casino review, the only bonus I actually got was the 10k GC + 0.4 SC daily reload. There is an address listed to get free SC via the Alternative Method of Entry (mail-in request) but I doubt that this is worth the cost of the postage stamp.
When doing my research for the purposes of this Wild World Casino review, I found more than 680 casino-style games that you can play. The bulk of these are slots, but there are also some table games.
There are a few games from recognizable third-party software studios, such as Habanero and Evoplay. However, there are also a lot of dated games from less well-known providers.
Many of the games that I tried had very poor graphics or loaded slowly and bugged a lot during gameplay. While the selection of 680+ games might initially appear to be quite impressive, the quality of the gaming experience is lacking compared to other casinos.
