When I checked out Sweepz.com for this review, the site was still in beta and only available on mobile. There’s technically a desktop site, but it’s not fully up and running yet - if you try to access it, you’ll just get a QR code that redirects you to play on your phone instead.
It definitely feels like they’ve launched a minimum viable product (MVP) to get things rolling, but honestly, I don’t mind that. The clean, minimalist design actually makes it really easy to use - no unnecessary clutter like you see on some other sites.
Navigating the site is straightforward. All the games are neatly organized into their own categories under the “Games” tab, and there are two other tabs: “Prizes” and “Winners.” The “Prizes” tab is where you enter sweepstakes, and the “Winners” tab shows a running list of past winners along with the prizes they’ve received. It's all laid out in a way that feels super intuitive, which I really appreciate.
It’s a bit surprising that Sweepz.com doesn’t have an app yet, especially since it’s only available on mobile. I searched both the App Store and Google Play Store, but there was nothing to be found.
That said, since the brand is still in its beta phase, there's always a chance an app could be in the works. If they do launch one, I'll be sure to test it out and update this Sweepz.com review with all the details on how it works.
For now, you’ll have to play through your mobile browser instead. It’s not quite as convenient as having a dedicated app, and you will miss out on features like push notifications that keep you updated on new sweepstakes and promotions.
But on the plus side, there’s no need to download anything, which means you won’t have to worry about it taking up space on your phone. Also, the browser version runs smoothly, so while an app would be nice, it’s not a dealbreaker.

One thing to keep in mind, though, is that you can’t buy Sweepz directly. Instead, you can only purchase bundles of Gems. These help speed up progress in games and unlock cosmetic upgrades for your characters.
What’s different about Sweepz.com compared to other social gaming sites is that there isn’t a single central store where you can purchase these bundles.
Instead, they’re available directly within certain games like Spell Venture, Dream Defence, and Zodiac Pop, to name a few. Here’s how it works:
- Tap the cart icon while in the game
- Choose the bundle you want
- Hit the “BUY” button
- Follow the prompts to complete your payment
When I tested this, the Gems were credited instantly after making the payment, and I even got some free Sweepz as a bonus - a nice surprise.
Sweepstakes prizes
Since Sweepz are used to enter sweepstakes on Sweepz.com, you might assume they can be redeemed for cash prizes or gift cards, similar to Sweeps Coins on other sites.
However, you can't redeem Sweepz directly for prizes. Instead, they can be used to enter sweepstakes prize draws through the “Prizes” tab. If you win, you'll receive an email notification. Prizes include Amazon and Visa gift cards, as well as real cash.
So while sweepstakes prizes are up for grabs, the process works a bit differently from what you might be used to on other sites.
The main way to contact Sweepz.com is via email. Just click the “Contact Us” button in the footer, and it will automatically open your email app with the address pre-filled - just type your message and hit send. When I tested it, I got a response in under 24 hours.
There’s no live chat, but if you click the Facebook icon in the footer, you’ll be taken to Sweepz.com's Facebook page, where you can message them via Messenger. I found response times to be pretty quick, making it a solid alternative to live chat.
