Poly Casino is a new, slots-heavy sweepstakes casino that serves up 500+ Vegas-style games from premium software names like BetSoft, BGaming and Hacksaw Gaming - and offers a no purchase necessary policy and competitive bonuses to boot.
In today’s Poly Casino review, I’ll uncover the site’s top games and promos, and explore which parts of the US you can currently access the site from. At the same time, I’ll also tell you all about what payment methods Poly Casino supports on Gold Coin (GC) purchases and eligible Sweeps Coin (SC) redemptions, and answer some FAQs.
As already mentioned, Poly Casino currently hosts around 500 different Vegas-inspired, virtual currency-powered games - the bulk of which are slots-style games separated into fun categories like “Jackpots” and “Hold & Win”.
No real money gameplay is offered, which means you’ll need to use the following virtual currencies to play here instead:
The total game count is about the same as what I found in my recent CoinsRoyale review. Although it’s worth noting that there are other sweepstakes casinos out there that currently offer 1,000+ slots, and better coverage of table and live dealer games, too.
So, what makes Poly Casino stand out from these competitors right now? Well, I’d say my Polly Casino review was most impressed by the site’s sizable and diverse selection of “Polly Original” games, which are completely exclusive to this site only. While I was equally taken aback by the fact that the site hosts so many megaways, trueways and faster-paced hold and win style reels from big software brands like BetSoft and BGaming, too.
Here’s what games caught my attention most at the time of writing:
| Game genre | Top rated games | Standout features |
|---|---|---|
Slots
Balanced set of themes and sub-genres.
Jackpots
Lots of high volatility BetSoft/BGaming reels.
Hold & Win
Crisp graphics and smooth gameplay.
Poly’s Pick
All exclusive games, developed in-house by Poly Originals
As it stands, Poly Casino accepts players from more than 30 US states, with the exception of Connecticut, California, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, South Carolina, Washington and West Virginia.
Much as I found in my WinBonanza review, Poly Casino’s sweepstakes model means that the site isn’t required to seek out state by state gaming licenses to operate legally - it just needs to remain compliant with sweepstakes rules in the parts of the US where it operates.
It’s worth noting, however, that you will need to meet a couple of other site-specific eligibility requirements to play here, outside of the state-level restrictions I already mentioned. For example:
As is always the case with sweepstakes casinos, there’s no upfront GC purchase requirement to play at Poly Casino. Ever. And this means that the site offers several complimentary bonuses.
For example, the Poly Casino bonus for new players currently gives a 20,000 GC and 0.2 SC welcome pack with no upfront GC purchase requirement. While if you’re happy to opt into buying a non-mandatory GC bundle within a few days of registering, too, you’ll also be able to choose from the following additional offers.
Many of Poly’s GC purchase bundles, these two deals included, throw in some complimentary SC as side bonuses. Although it's important to be aware that you can never purchase SC independently, or outright, on the site.
Poly Casino currently offers an eight-tier VIP program that features “Level Up Bonuses”, as well as daily, weekly and monthly rewards. Everybody starts out at the bottom “Bronze” tier, and you’ll need to collect points by playing eligible games to climb your way up.
Currently, the site also offers unique GC purchase promos called “Poly Multi Boosts”, which offer tiered SC bonuses when you purchase qualifying successive GC bundles, too.
What’s more, there’s also a “Daily Bonus”, competitive “Coin Back” promos, and leaderboard based “Glory Races” to get involved with on the site, too - all of which the bonus review I linked above discusses in more detail.
The no purchase necessary policy at Poly Casino is very similar to the one I talked about in my TurboStakes review - you can play without opting into any non-mandatory GC bundles as much as you like, using Poly’s sign up bonus, daily rewards and other promos. Or you can use VISA, MasterCard or bank transfer to buy optional GC packages, starting from $2.
Meanwhile, if you want to redeem any eligible SC you’ve accumulated for real world cash prizes, I found you’ll need to play said SC through at least 1x first, and have at least 50 played-through SC in your virtual currency balance. Although this is lower than the 75 or 100 SC minimum imposed by many other sites.
Passing KYC ID checks is essential prior to requesting SC redemptions, too. While you can usually expect SC redemptions to be processed in anywhere up to 10 business days. Having said that, it is important to note that you can currently only request one SC redemption per 48-hour play period, and requests of 2,500 SC or more may trigger additional security checks.

Poly Casino’s site is pretty darn well put together, too. There’s a collapsible menu on the far left, some big, colorful buttons in the main toolbar to take you to directly the “Buy” and “Redeem” tabs, and logical default filters for all your game options, too. That said, the site could definitely be improved by adding a game search engine.
One of the best features on the site IMHO is the “Favorites” tab, which lets you bookmark specific slots to come back to later. While I also liked the fact that there’s a site-specific blog that posts regular updates. Oh, and it's nice that games in the lobby can be filtered by software developer, too - as not all sweepstakes casinos offer this handy feature.
Sweepstakes casinos don’t always offer dedicated iOS and Android apps. But Poly Casino bucks the trend here. Unlike what I found in my CrazyCoins Casino review, Poly Casino offers official apps on both the App Store and Google Play, and they come with competitive 4.1 and 4.5 star ratings right now, too.
I tested both and found that each app’s UI is virtually identical to Poly Casino’s website’s. That said, the large, colorful game grids really dominate the screen when you’re scrolling in-app, which can feel like sensory overload at times. While the bonus ads and carousels at the top of the page are all too easily clicked on by accident, too.
So far, Poly Casino is looking seriously competitive on most counts, eh? But how does their customer support shape up?
Well, this is one area of the site I felt a bit let down by, if I’m being honest. Much as you’ll find with other sweepstakes casino brands, Poly Casino offers an on-site “Live Support” feature. Although when I tested it, I found it’s entirely AI-powered, and doesn’t seem to offer any options to get connected with a human support agent, either. It’s also kinda clunky to use. At times, I felt as if it was ignoring my questions entirely, and just rolling out standardized, pre-prepared responses to whatever I wrote in.
Naturally, there is an email support option you can fall back on if you need to, which works just fine. But it isn’t exactly fast - I didn’t hear back from the team until the next day when I tested it. While as it stands, there’s no dedicated FAQs page on the site, either, unfortunately. Although T&Cs and sweepstakes rules are pretty clearly spelled-out on the “Legal” pages linked in the site’s footer.

All things considered, while I may have run into a few customer support teething issues with this newly-launched sweepstakes casino, I still think Poly Casino is a pretty epic sweepstakes casino - and here’s why.
With more than 500 games to choose from powered by a mix of major-name developers and Poly’s own tech people, multiple competitive sign up bonuses, and a lower than average SC redemption requirement, the site has a lot to offer to gamers. Not to mention it’s currently available in more than 30 US states, and offers a tiered VIP program to make gameplay more fun in the longer-term, too.
If you’d like to grab a slice of the action today, you can register with Poly Casino now using any of my official banner links on this page. And when you do, you’ll be able qualify for a no purchase necessary welcome bonus good for 20,000 GC and 0.20 SC in eligible US states, too.
No, you don’t - Poly Casino utilizes a classic sweepstakes casino model. This means you can play its virtual currency-powered games with no upfront GC purchase requirement, by claiming various GC and SC bonuses, such as the 20,000 GC and 0.20 SC promotion that’s currently available on sign up in most states.
My Poly Casino review found that most of the site’s games are Vegas-style slots, sourced from either BGaming, BetSoft or Hacksaw. Although the site also features several in-house-designed jackpot and megaways style games, too, like Elephant Carnival and Pepper Chili Gold, to name just a couple.
Yes - Poly Casino offers highly rated iOS and Android apps, and a mobile-friendly site that can be accessed from your device’s browser if you don’t want to download anything, too. Just note that state by state restrictions and minimum age rules apply.
