At most popular sweepstakes casinos, it’s easy to sign up and point at an offer as the welcome bonus. I can vividly remember getting 1,000 free coins during my Funzpoints casino review after creating an account. However, Panda Master marches to the beat of its own drum.

First off, you can’t just sign up on the website. You’ve got to find a vendor to create an account as a new player. That’s also what determines your welcome bonus.

So, the bonus I got after registration might not be the same as yours. It keeps things dynamic — you could even say interesting. Still, I believe a standard welcome offer for all players will be more straightforward. Regardless of your vendor, you’ll get some credits to start playing for free after creating your account.

However, not all Panda Master vendors you come across online are reputable. That’s one major hurdle to scale when using this gaming platform. So, make sure you do your homework and confirm the vendor you choose is trustworthy. It might just be simpler to switch to a more transparent sweepstakes casino.

Anyway, I’ve got to mention that Panda Master supports Guest Mode. Even if you’re yet to register with a vendor, you can load up the website or app and play games for free. I tried it and got 20 credits as a welcome bonus. It’s not much, but it’s not nothing either.

Comparing the Panda Master welcome bonus to others...

I must give kudos to whoever designed the Panda Master 777 interface. It beats that of some alternatives, and I can highlight Fire Kirin as an example — the site has a scary outlook. On the contract, Panda Master rocks a Chinese theme with bright red and green colors. When I first launched the site, I was pretty impressed by the home animation with a bold “Welcome” as the screen loads. Next, I saw a panda holding up a pot of gold. Once I tapped “Start,” I got access to the games. Things were that simple.

My main issue with the Panda Master design is that it’s landscape by default. You can’t play in portrait mode like at most other sweepstakes casinos. That can be a bit of a bummer on mobile, but it’s excellent on PC. Away from that, I loved how the games were arranged in cards on the main dashboard. All it took was scrolling left or right to find a title to play.

Accessing my profile was as easy as clicking the panda icon at the bottom left. This is where the fun kicks in regarding the casino’s usability. I got 12 panda characters to choose from as my icon. Actually, it's the same panda but with different costumes. Being a fan of the flashy lifestyle, I went for the one with a hat, sun shades, and some bling around its neck and wrists.

Another highlight of Panda Master I can’t skip is the background music. The default is an upbeat party soundtrack — it felt like I was in the club. Then, I found four more different sounds to go with from the settings. All were pretty pleasant to the ears. The random option was a nice touch, too, as it switched up the tunes from time to time.

The Panda Master website says there’s an app for Android and iOS. However, that’s only half true, as I found just one for Android. If you’ve got an iPhone or iPad, you know you can only install applications from the Apple App Store. I searched high and low in the store and found zilch about Panda Master Social Casino.

Here’s something funny: I tried installing the supposed iOS app on the website and it wanted to reconfigure my device. After clicking, Safari popped a warning: This website is trying to download a configuration profile. Do you want to allow this? The choices were Ignore or Allow. Of course, I hit Ignore. This just piled onto my list of questions about Panda Master’s reliability.
Anyway, I installed the Android app. It’s not on Google Play, so I had to download it from the casino website and allow installation from unknown sources via my smartphone’s settings. Thankfully, the APK file was clean without viruses or bugs. Also, at only 45.88 MB, it won’t hog your phone’s storage.

But here’s the kicker: Panda Master doesn’t change its interface or anything else, no matter the device. What I got on the desktop site was the same as the mobile site and application. So, don’t expect any fresh experience with the app.

If you search the web, you’ll find tons of websites claiming to be Panda Master. Things are that way since the casino is run by different vendors, each with their own contact info. So, there’s no central customer support service with Panda Master. I didn’t find any live chat, email, or phone number on the website or mobile app.

If you run into a snag, like forgetting your login password; the website will only say: Please contact the customer service to retrieve the password. Now, who’s that customer service? Yup, your vendor. So, if you can get in touch with whoever set up your account, you’re good to go. But overall, this approach makes things a headache. Thankfully, I didn’t hang around long enough to need any customer support.

There’s a huge question mark surrounding Panda Master’s legitimacy. First, let’s talk about who’s behind the platform. Considering the long list of vendors available, it's a Herculean task to find out its owner. However, I did some research and discovered the app was created by one Changyao Company. Beyond that, it’s a ghost town of info on the operator.

Furthermore, Panda Master doesn’t specify what US states it supports. It’s like the Wild West — anyone can sign up from anywhere. From my experience, legit social casinos don’t play that game. They always list where you can and can’t register from, respecting the varying social gaming laws across US states.

Moving on to security, Panda Master records some serious issues. When I launched the casino site on my browser, it loaded without SSL technology. Naturally, my browser tab flashed the “Not Secure” notice. In this day and age, SSL encryption is more or less a basic requirement for any website online. Even some of the sketchiest sites have this protection. So, its absence on the Panda Master website speaks volumes about the platform’s unreliable nature.

Overall, Panda Master falls short in terms of legitimacy and security. I may be impressed by the exciting games, but the absence of standard security features is a deal breaker. That’s another reason I won’t recommend playing on the Panda Master website or app.

Once again, you’re in the hands of vendors when it comes to existing player bonuses. I didn't find any standard promotions on the website or app while carrying out my review. Instead, I stumbled across many offers from different vendors on Facebook and other social media sites. The competition is quite fierce among these distributors.

Most of the promotions I found were purchase discounts. From the looks of it, finding a needle in a haystack might be easier than scoring a 100% free Panda Master bonus. I must say this is regular for sweepstakes platforms that operate via vendors. For instance, while carrying out my Orion Stars review, I didn’t locate any free offers for existing players.

As for loyalty perks, it’s the same story. The sweepstakes casino doesn’t have a VIP program or anything similar to reward you for playing regularly. At most, your vendor may roll out special perks now and then, but they’re few and far between. Plus, they’re often just more discounts but with bigger percentages. Given the platform’s shaky legitimacy and poor security, I won’t recommend making payments to claim any bonuses.

Panda Master doesn’t have a long list of casino-style games. When I logged in, I counted around 50. But the platform’s strength isn’t in quantity but quality. The games are exclusive and from in-house developers, meaning you won’t find them on any other US sweepstakes casino. Plus, I can vouch that they’re quite fun to play.

One thing to keep in mind, though: after selecting a game, you have to wait for it to finish downloading. This takes around a minute on average, which isn't too bad. But the issue is that it’ll eat up extra mobile data. After signing up, I got some free credits from my vendor to start playing. If you opt for Guest mode, you can still play for free with the 20 credits you receive, but you won’t have access to all 50+ games.

Panda Master game types

Naturally, slots rule the roost on the Panda Master website. After titles with spinning reels, fish games get the second highest count. Surprisingly, I found poker and roulette while browsing the collection. It’s just these two table games, so nothing compared to other sites like Global Poker and Stake.us with multiple options. All the same, I think it’s impressive they’re available.

On the Panda Master app, my go-to game was Lucky Strike, a classic with 3 reels and 3 rows. I loved the old-school 7s and bar symbols, and they triggered some nostalgia. Also, I had a blast with Gladiator Pompeii, an Ancient-Roman themed slot. The theme reeled me in, and the gameplay — with a 7x3 layout, free spins, and wild, bonus, and scatter symbols — was splendid, to say the least.

Panda Master jackpots

Another top-notch aspect of the Panda Master Casino is the jackpot. It’s featured on select slots and fish games, and there are four prizes up for grabs: Mini, Minor, Major, and Grand. Note that these are progressives, so the prize keeps climbing as more players play. At the time of my review, the Grand prize was 1,745.44 coins. Any player who hits the jackpot gets to walk away with it all. In my opinion, this added element truly spices up the Panda Master gaming experience.

I can’t say much about the Panda Master coin model because it’s pretty opaque. For a fact, you won’t get the regular Gold Coins and Sweepstakes Coins. Instead, it’s all about free play and redeemable credits.

So, free play credits are simply for fun, while redeemable credits get you prizes. The hitch is, it’s unclear what you have to do to lay hands on the latter. Some players say they had to make a minimum purchase with their vendor, which doesn’t sit right with me. It’s unlike alternative sites that simply roll out Sweepstakes Coins for free.

So far as gaming goes, Panda Master ticks all the right boxes with its variety of exclusive titles. But it’s unfortunate that the platform isn’t straightforward with its coin model and overall operations. As a US sweepstakes player, joining a platform simply because it has exciting games isn’t the best move. Legitimacy and transparency are key, and Panda Master doesn’t do well in these areas. So, I give the operator kudos for its game lobby, but the platform doesn’t get my recommendation.
