MaxQuest isn’t really a popular online sweepstakes casino. Regardless, I carried out this MaxQuest review to see if the platform is worth using. From my experience with MaxQuest, there are both upsides and downsides, and I will cover them here.

First off, I’ll talk about MaxQuest Casino’s sign up offer. When I created my account, I received 50,000 Quest Coins and 5 Max Coins. These unfamiliar names of their virtual currencies often lead to a lot of questions from new players.
Don’t let the names confuse you. For the record, Quest Coins are Gold Coins at other US social casinos, while Max Coins are Sweepstakes Coins. So, it’s still the traditional model.

To be Frank, I’ve seen sweepstakes casinos flaunt really contemporary interfaces for a superb user experience. Unfortunately, just like just like the lags I experienced in this Ruby sweeps review, MaxQuest also has some lag in gameplay. The platform has a basic web design that makes it look kind of outdated.

Looking for a MaxQuest app to install on your smartphone? None is available. I did search the website during my MaxQuest review and found no trace of an application. So, I settled for the mobile site.
Notably, the mobile site is exactly what you’ll expect — a responsive version of the PC interface. In other words, MaxQuest doesn’t switch up the colors, design, and all.
From my experience, the trend at mobile casino sites today is a bottom menu for quick navigation. MaxQuest lacks this. It further supports my stand that the platform’s interface isn’t modern.
Payment is one area where MaxQuest performed up to par. First off, the site is a crypto sweepstakes casino. So, you’ll find options like BTC, ETH, USDT, and others. At the same time, there are fiat methods. I came across VISA, MasterCard, ApplePay, Bank Transfer, and SEPA. However, all are only available via Kado.
Note that having payment methods doesn’t make MaxQuest a traditional online casino. The options are simply for purchasing Quest Coins packages, which is entirely optional. Without purchasing, you can still get Quest Coins and Max Coins from the free bonuses.
Furthermore, payments come into play when it’s time to redeem prizes. I got bank transfers, gift cards, and crypto when I checked the redemption options. From my experience, crypto is the best since prize requests are completed within 24 hours. Meanwhile, bank transfers and gift cards may take a couple of days.
It’s worth mentioning that the minimum redemption amount at MaxQuest is 150 eligible Max Coins. This is on the high side, I must say. I’ve played at several of the best sweeps casinos in the US, and they mainly require 100 Sweepstakes Coins at the max.
While trying out MaxQuest, I confirmed that the site offers help via live chat and email. For live chat, you must be logged in. As such, prospective new players who are yet to sign up can’t access the option.
To use email, you’ll have to first submit your message via the contact form. It’s featured on the Contact Us page. Besides live chat and email, I also found a Help Center in the course of this MaxQuest review which is also something remarkable about my Big Fish casino review. The Help Center is quite comprehensive, although the answers and guides are somewhat short.
Is MaxQuest legit? That was the first question I had when I learned about the sweepstakes gaming site. I did some homework and got mixed results. Notably, MaxQuest Casino is a property of MQ Technology DWC-LLC. This isn’t a popular company, and I found little to no information on it from my research.
What more? I visited and checked online communities of sweepstakes casino players in the United States. There wasn’t much about MaxQuest in these forums. My findings are part of the reasons why I’d prefer an alternative platform — there are more renowned social casinos out there.

I don’t think MaxQuest qualifies as a standout sweepstakes casino, primarily due to its small game selection. While the games are unique to the platform, the lack of variety can dull the momentum pretty quickly. Personally, it’s one of the reasons I wouldn’t stick around. There are other sweepstakes sites out there offering a wider range of features and more engaging gameplay.
