Lavish Luck is a US sweepstakes casino that launched towards the end of 2024 and since then I’ve been logging in regularly to test how the site works and what you can do here.
My first impressions were mixed and there’s definitely room for improvement, but in this Lavish Luck review I delve into greater detail on core features such as the welcome bonus, usability, game selection, and customer support so you can see if you want to create an account here.

The first thing I looked at for this Lavish Luck review was the welcome bonus. This is something that all sweepstakes casinos offer as a way to entice new customers to their site. Lavish Luck does this by giving new players 20,000 Gold Coins and 0.30 Sweeps Coins when they have created an account and completed email verification.
This sign up offer is OK, but it’s still below average, as I expect around 7,500 Gold Coins and 2 Sweeps Coins at least. The GC Lavish Luck gives you is above average, but the SC falls short. We’ve got a complete Lavish Luck bonus review that explains other promos, but for now I’ve summarized what you can get in the below bullets:
I want my social casinos to be easy to use with a simple navigation and theme that’s easy on the eye and Lavish Luck achieves this somewhat. Don’t get me wrong—the website design is a little basic, and I think that the overall quality could be improved. BUT, from a usability perspective, it’s fine.
You’ve got big chunky links for the different pages which are easy to see, and I like how the primary navigation has the main things you would need, including the game categories and help center. The hover-over drop-down menu when you roll over the slots link is also a nice touch; it means you can get to the different game genres from any page on the website.
The simplistic design also means that page speeds are fast. I’ve never experienced any delays, and the main game categories and thumbnails load quickly. With the desktop version, I also tested a range of the slots to check for loading times—they weren’t the quickest, but this could have easily been my internet connection.
Overall, I think that people who have never used a sweepstakes casino before will easily be able to navigate Lavish Luck and understand how it works, but the quality and style of the design could definitely use some work.
Hardly any US sweepstakes casinos have a downloadable mobile app, and I couldn’t find one for Lavish Luck either. Instead, I had to open the website on my smartphone using Google Chrome. The mobile version does have a responsive layout, which means that the different site elements will shrink to fit on your screen. I like this feature as there isn’t any horizontal scrolling and you can generally see all of the features at once at any one time.
The mobile site basically has the same theme and layout as the desktop version, and there’s little difference between the two. Usability is again fine, and I think the mobile version actually looks a little better than its desktop counterpart. I was still able to navigate to the different pages and game categories easily, and account management was a breeze.
I played multiple different slot games and table games on my Samsung Galaxy and the loading times were OK. There was a little lag with some of the games, but I never had any issues in-game that caused errors. Some of the games I was able to play in landscape mode too, which meant that I got a larger game resolution for the slot reels.
As this is a sweepstakes casino, you cannot make real money deposits, and the games can’t be played with real money. Instead, there is a range of optional Gold Coin packages that include free Sweeps Coins. From my experience when creating this Lavish Luck review, I was able to purchase the GC packages using credit cards, PayPal, or online banking. This is a relatively limited selection, but I don’t think you’ll have any issues as most people will use one of these three methods anyway.
Sweeps Coins can also be redeemed for cash prizes provided that you meet the eligibility requirements. You must have a minimum balance of 100 SC. Also, bonus Sweeps Coins (such as the ones you get from the welcome bonus) have a 1x playthrough requirement before they are eligible for redemptions. I was only able to request redemptions via Online Banking, and the processing time is stated as between 3-10 business days, which isn’t the quickest.

A core feature I always check with my sweepstakes casino reviews is the customer support. This is important if you have any issues with SC redemptions or purchases. My experience with the Lavish Luck support team was OK but certainly not the best. The only support method I could find was email support.
If you click on the help button from the main menu, it opens a “mailto” command, which I think is pretty sloppy. The support email is lavishluckcasino@outlook.com so they haven’t even got a dedicated email setup through their website domain. I sent a handful of support emails and the response time was around 2 hours, which is on par with the average for most social casinos I’ve tried.
Aside from that, I couldn’t see any other support methods, such as a live chat. In fact, there isn’t an FAQ section either. This is a major area for improvement, as I could see some new customers struggling to understand how the site works.

As Lavish Luck is a sweepstakes casino, it doesn’t need a gambling license, but it does need to comply with US sweepstakes regulations for the states it operates in. As a reminder, this operator is legal in 39 states, excluding Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, South Carolina, or Washington.
It complies with regulations by needing no purchase to play its games and always giving customers free virtual currency. For security, the site uses HTTPS and SSL and has a valid SSL certificate. There is also a privacy policy, terms of service, sweeps rules, and responsible social gameplay tools.
Sadly I couldn’t see any evidence of a VIP program or loyalty scheme when creating my Lavish Luck review. You might see something different to me depending on where you reside, but there was no indication this type of feature existed. Just remember that this is still a relatively new site, so they could be working on adding additional features in the future.
Some recurring bonuses that you can get instead of a VIP club include the daily login bonus of 10,000 Gold Coins and 0.30 Sweeps Coins, and a mail-in bonus of 2 Sweeps Coins.
Yes. Lavish Luck is compliant with sweepstakes regulations as it always gives you free virtual currency and requires no purchase to play its games.
Lavish Luck is available to anyone over 18 in the US who doesn’t live in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, South Carolina, or Washington.
When you create an account with Lavish Luck, you get 20,000 Gold Coins and 0.30 Sweeps Coins as your sign up bonus.
No. You can, however, redeem your eligible Sweeps Coins for cash prizes. Requirements include a minimum balance of 100 SC, and a 1x playthrough requirement for bonus SC.

Lavish Luck has a limited selection of 140+ games which are predominantly slots. The games are provided by two reputable developers, Betsoft and Evoplay, but there’s plenty of top producers missing, such as Relax Gaming and Pragmatic. The site is also lacking a live dealer section, which I come to expect from modern sweepstakes casinos.
For entertainment, you’ve got the following categories:
I enjoyed testing the table games as they have blackjack, roulette, and poker, and the hold and win slots are entertaining too. But, there’s no denying that this game library needs some work.
At this social casino you use two virtual currencies: Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins. Both of these can be used for gameplay, and whichever one you use, you get prizes in that same currency:
Lavish Luck gives an OK social casino experience but it’s definitely not one of the best options. Before it can be considered one of the top sweeps casinos, it needs to vastly expand its game library to include more genres, plus games from a wider array of top iGaming developers. I also want to see a live dealer section added.
