Is the Lavish Luck website easy to use?

I want my social casinos to be easy to use with a simple navigation and theme that’s easy on the eye and Lavish Luck achieves this somewhat. Don’t get me wrong—the website design is a little basic, and I think that the overall quality could be improved. But from a usability perspective, it’s fine.
You’ve got big chunky links for the different pages which are easy to see, and I like how the primary navigation has the main things you would need, including the game categories and help center. The hover-over drop-down menu when you roll over the slots link is also a nice touch; it means you can get to the different game genres from any page on the website.
The simplistic design also means that page speeds are fast. I’ve never experienced any delays, and the main game categories and thumbnails load quickly. With the desktop version, I also tested a range of the slots to check for loading times—they weren’t the quickest, but this could have easily been my internet connection.
Overall, I think that people who have never used a sweepstakes casino before will easily be able to navigate Lavish Luck and understand how it works, but the quality and style of the design could definitely use some work.

The mobile version does have a responsive layout, which means that the different site elements will shrink to fit on your screen. I like this feature as there isn’t any horizontal scrolling, and you can generally see all of the features at once at any one time.
The mobile site basically has the same theme and layout as the desktop version, and there’s little difference between the two. Usability is again fine, and I think the mobile version actually looks a little better than its desktop counterpart. I was still able to navigate to the different pages and game categories easily, and account management was a breeze.
I played multiple different slot games and table games on my Samsung Galaxy and the loading times were OK. There was a little lag with some of the games, but I never had any issues in-game that caused errors. Some of the games I was able to play in landscape mode too, which meant that I got a larger game resolution for the slot reels.
