Usability, look, and feel: How does Hard Rock Social Casino perform?
Our recent Chumba Casino review here at Dimers made clear how seriously we take the usability and performance of social casinos online, and this is a stance I brought into my Hard Rock Social Casino review. Is that what I got? Almost, although I think it’s fair to say that Hard Rock is less slick and more fun. The site’s design is comparable to a classic fruit machine, with big buttons and retro visuals giving it an old-school vibe. The effect is OK but could use a little refinement here and there, so if you’re serious about site design, this kooky brand may not tick all your boxes.
These minor gripes aside, though, Hard Rock Social Casino does actually perform very well. Game load times are more than acceptable, while I also like the fact that all the main controls are housed within a handy dropdown burger-style menu. Sound effects and music add to the sense of fun, too, so if you want to feel like you’re actually on the Vegas Strip, I can think of few better social casino platforms than this.
