I praised Chanced’s beautiful interface in my Chanced review, but Golden Hearts Games falls slightly short of this high bar. Make no mistake; the social casino’s interface looks great and easily navigable, but its simple blue and white color palette and flat looks give it a somewhat 90s vibe.

Golden Hearts Games doesn't have an app for either Android or iOS, so I had to use the mobile web interface when accessing the platform from a phone. As expected, the mobile site feels like a miniature version of the full desktop experience. Buttons are slightly bigger and easier to tap, banners are smaller to fit the interface, and the overall color palette remains largely the same.
Most importantly, I was able to play most of the Vegas-style casino games from my mobile phone. I had to play most of the games in portrait mode, but it didn’t feel like I was missing anything. While I expected some of the games to feel somewhat cramped on the smartphone screen, they didn’t.

Golden Hearts Games’ customer service was the only section of the social casino with significant room for improvement. While I praised Funrize’s responsive live chat feature in my Funrize review, I couldn’t find a similar option during this Golden Hearts Games review.
If you ever need to get in touch with a representative from the social casino, you’re stuck with sending an email or submitting a message through the Contact Support page, which ultimately forwards it to the same support email. If you have Facebook, you can contact Golden Hearts Games via their Facebook messenger, and this may be a quicker option to use.
While the social casino tends to respond relatively quickly to inquiries, I’d appreciate a live chat option on the website for instant 24/7 support. There’s no limit to how many friends you can invite through this program, but creating dud accounts to take undue advantage of the offer isn’t allowed on the Golden Hearts Games platform.
It’s essential to note that the Sweeps Coins you get from inviting friends through the Refer-a-Friend program are unplayed. So, you need to play them through at least once to redeem them for real prizes. I also discovered Golden Hearts Games only allows up to two accounts per ‘household’. Anything more, and all the accounts risk an outright ban from the social casino.
