I couldn’t find a Chip n Win mobile app - this is a common trend though and hardly any US sweepstakes casinos have one. Instead, I loaded Google Chrome on my mobile and tested the mobile-responsive version of the website. I think that the mobile version actually works better than the desktop website! The layout will shrink to fit on your smaller screen, and you still get great functionality from the primary navigation.

I was surprised to see that everyone gets a personal manager for customer support. Now, whether you actually get allocated a personal rep - I don’t know. Regardless, your personal manager is essentially a 24/7 live chat support system and you can access it by expanding the side menu, scrolling to the bottom, and clicking on the “personal manager” option.
This opens the live chat - just type a message and you are good to go. I used this feature several times, and each time I got a quick reply - usually within 2-3 minutes. The support rep was helpful, and I also got an email log of the conversation automatically sent. Aside from the personal manager, I couldn’t find any help center or direct email support, but I don’t think this will be an issue as the live chat support was effective.
