As you would expect, the centrepiece of my ComeOn sportsbook review consists of a deep dive into the ComeOn website, including a detailed look at the markets and odds provided by the site. On top of that, I have also tested out the ComeOn customer support provision, explored the site’s payment platform and assessed the brand’s security credentials.
For any sportsbook to be successful, it needs to have a top class website, with intuitive navigation, easy-to-use betting markets and competitive odds. Therefore, I am delighted to say that the ComeOn sportsbook website provides a superb user experience, which makes finding the markets you want and placing your bets an extremely straightforward process. Here’s a closer look at what I discovered when checking out the ComeOn site:
Upon accessing the ComeOn website, I was struck by how different it looked compared to other new betting sites in Ontario. In part, this is due to the striking green and black colour scheme, but the layout of the home page also offers something fresh and unique. At the top of the page, there are rows containing boxes displaying popular betting options (such as Recommended Bets and Popular Bet Builders), whilst scrolling down reveals featured upcoming events and ongoing live games - complete with the latest odds and scorelines. Meanwhile, the left hand menu contains an A-Z of the sports you can bet on. That may sound like a somewhat rigid structure, but thanks to the design and look of the ComeOn site, it makes for a highly impressive and fresh looking home page.
Once you have navigated to the sport you wish to bet on, you can locate your desired fixture by using the calendar at the top of the page or by clicking the All League button. In total, there are around 35 different sports you can bet on, including a very large selection of esports markets.
The amount of bets offered for each event are roughly what you would expect from an Ontario sportsbook. There are props, moneylines, spreads, totals and over/under markets to check out, and once you’ve made your selection, a pop-up will appear allowing you to select your stake and place your bet. Whilst this may not be as innovative as the ComeOn homepage, once again, everything is clearly laid out, so finding and placing your bet of choice is incredibly straightforward.
The live betting section of the ComeOn website can be accessed via the In-Play button near the top of the homepage. The live markets covered sports such as tennis, soccer and badminton, as well as a large range of ongoing esports contests. In truth, this was not the most extensive selection of live markets I have ever seen at a betting site, but the majority of major live events were available to bet on and the range of markets for each live event were in line with what I would expect to see at leading Canadian sportsbooks. More importantly, the process for placing live bets is swift and because the ComeOn website performs at an extremely high level, you should not encounter any annoying time lags or glitches when placing your in-play wagers.
I always test out the quality of the odds at legal betting sites in Canada, and in the case of ComeOn, I was reasonably impressed with what I found. The prices for major events were generally in line with market averages, but I did unearth a few minor events (including esports) where the odds at ComeOn were just about the best I could find. The bottom line is that whilst ComeOn is by no means the market leader when it comes to betting odds, it is a brand you need to check out when comparing prices.
One other area of the ComeOn website I want to draw your attention to is the Stats section that accompanies each event. These stats cover important areas such as head to head records, recent form and other relevant player/team statistics. The information is located next to each betting market, making it extremely easy to assess before you finalize your betting selections. I can highly recommend using these stats prior to placing your bets, as they may reveal vital information that could impact your decision making.
Like many other sportsbooks in Ontario, ComeOn has an online betting app that can be downloaded from the Google Play or Apple App Stores. The design of the mobile app very closely mirrors the full website, so mobile users can enjoy the same expert design, user friendly menus and easy navigation as desktop bettors.
Overall, I was greatly impressed by the performance of the ComeOn mobile app. During my rigorous testing, I found the app to have no glitches or other system errors. All of the pages loaded instantly and the process for making your wagers was just as intuitive as on the website. All in all, this is a very impressive mobile betting app that enables you to easily place bets whenever you have a working internet connection.
Funding your account at ComeOn sportsbook can be done for as little as $10 CAD using Visa/MasterCard or popular e-wallets such as MuchBetter, Interac and PaySafeCard. All deposits at ComeOn will be processed instantly, meaning you can use your funds as soon as your payment has been requested. I was unable to find any specific information relating to maximum deposit amounts, but as is the case at all other Ontario sportsbooks, the site reserves the right to place restrictions on individual users.
When it comes to withdrawals, you need to have at least $20 CAD in your account before you can make a request. Processing times for withdrawals will be between one and seven working days, depending on your chosen withdrawal method, but as with deposits, there are no fees attached to any withdrawal requests.
In all honesty, I was slightly disappointed with the relatively high minimum withdrawal amount (many Ontario sportsbooks allow you to make withdrawals from $10 CAD) and I would have liked to have seen a few more payment methods on offer, but overall this is a solid payment platform that will satisfy the majority of Ontario sports bettors.

However, instead of being immediately put through to a customer support agent, you will initially be given a selection of potential answers via AI. Initially, I was rather sceptical of this AI-first approach to customer support, but upon trying it out, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and quantity of the answers provided. I asked the AI questions concerning deposits, responsible gambling and even ComeOn casino Ontario. Each time I received a detailed, relevant answer that directly addressed my query.
If the AI is unable to solve your issue (or you just want to chat with an actual human being), you will be put through to an agent who will look at your problem in more detail. Whilst it would have been nice to have seen a more conventional Help/FAQ section on the website, the ComeOn customer support offering is still very strong. The AI does a solid job of replicating a traditional FAQ page, whilst the contact options are all delivered to a very high standard.
