I had a total blast writing this Crown Rips review as it’s a hugely enjoyable card rips site. So join me to see how you can pull grails for everything from Pokemon to sports here.
I’ll start by seeing what kinds of sports and Pokemon cards you can pull, and walk you through how you can get your cards shipped, stored or even sold back to Crown Rips. You’ll also get some background as to the brand’s safety features and we’ll talk all about those promo offers too.
Any card rips site is only as good as the trading cards it features, and Crown Rips won’t let you down here. After all, these are all PSA-graded slabs that come from legendary card companies like Panini, Topps and so on.
Plus Crown Rips has added in a Thrill Level meter that you can set between Normal, High and Max to adjust the volatility. So if you ripped something like a Multi-sport Mythic Pack, you'd have a 20.01% chance of getting a Common card and a 0.57% chance of getting a Grail on the Normal setting, but these probabilities would become more extreme in the other thrill level setting. With that in mind, here are the kinds of cards that you could soon be pulling:
While Crown Rips doesn’t have the same kind of coverage of OnePiece that I talked about in my Tilt Rips review, it’s hard to beat the brand’s coverage of Pokemon. The packs here start at the entry level where you can get a maximum card pull value of $20, but things quickly rise up to the point where you could soon be pulling grails like the 2006 Pokemon Gold Star Mew Holo Ex Dragon Hunters that's currently valued at $6,300.
You’ll find a solid coverage of all major US sports here, as well as things like soccer. There are also various Multisport packs that can give you the best of all worlds. Again, there are some serious chase cards on offer with anything from the 1986 Fleer Michael Jordan to the 2025-26 Panini Prizm Kylian Mbappe giving you plenty of inspiration for your rips.
Once you have ripped your card, you will need to do something with it. Here are your three options:
I’ve written this handy guide that discusses the different kinds of deals that you can get with and without a Crown Rips bonus code. But just to give you an idea, here’s a quick overview as to the brand’s current promos:
This is such a simple deal as it will give you a $1 pack and you won’t have to spend any money to get it. Instead, you just have to register your first-ever Crown Rips account and then verify the link that gets sent to your email address
That introductory bonus is obviously only going to last a little while, so it’s good to find that Crown Rips has a first purchase offer that follows this. This will either let you buy a $12 pack for $9.99, or a $30 pack for $19.99.
These are challenges where you have to rip more packs than other customers on the site within a set time period. If you manage to get a good enough place on the leaderboard, you could get a share of a cash prize pool.
Crown Rips will often use its social media to put on some exclusive promos. For example, I saw one deal on Instagram where you had to guess which of two cards had a higher pull to get a bonus pack.
I spend a bunch of time using the Crown Rips site on both my laptop and my iPhone. It was pretty easy to navigate around on both the big and small screen, with all of the packs easy to navigate around, while all of the card details were clearly displayed. Here’s a quick guide for how you can sign up and start ripping:
Hit any of the links for Crown Rips in the banners of this page to launch the brand’s site from your browser
Register your account with the brand by filling in the form with your email address and then coming up with a password
Tap on the verification link that gets sent to your email and then complete the KYC requirements
Log into your account and you should see that the complementary $1 pack from the welcome offer has automatically been added
Now you can rip that pack and see what card you’ve pulled
From here you can make the decision of whether to ship the card back home or whether to sell it back to Crown Rips. Remember that you only get three days to decide
Things really got going when I downloaded the brand’s app. This is available for both iOS and Android devices, and it’ll give you a seriously convenient way to make your rips. I liked how you could always see your account balance at the top, and the vault section did a great job of showing your pulled cards with their current values along with details of how long you have left to get them shipped.
Elsewhere you'll find simple tabs for switching between the card types for Pokemon, Multi-sport and so on, plus you are only ever a tap away from accessing the lobby, store, vault and your account details. All that you should be looking for in a card rips app.
I’d say that Crown Rips has all of the trust features that you should be looking for in any card rips site. Here are just a few examples:
Crown Rips will happily take your deposits via a range of trusted card brands like Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Beyond this, you can also make your payments via e-wallets such as Skrill and mobile payment methods like Google Pay and Apple Pay.
There’s a $2 minimum deposit threshold, and it’s worth noting that you can actually rip those packs from as little as $1 at a time. Once you have used the buyback option, you should be able to make a withdrawal back to the same payment method used for your deposits. Just be aware of the fact that it could take just over a week for the funds to show up back in your account.

I had a quick question about the shipping process and so I reached out to the brand’s customer service team on live chat. I was impressed to get an instant response that told me exactly what I wanted to hear, and It was good to see that you can also reach out to the brand via email and telephone. Just be sure to check out the brand’s Help Center in the site footer as you are likely to find what you are looking for there.

I would totally recommend Crown Rips to anyone with an interest in ripping trading cards online. The site and apps are easy to use, and you don’t have to break the bank to rip those entry level packs either. Plus there’s a decent range of promos for both new and existing customers too.
If I was being totally harsh, I’d say that there could be a few more TCG cards that aren’t just Pokemon, and the three-day vaulting limit is a bit unfair. However, those are just minor points, and certainly not enough to stop me recommending that you hit any of the links for Crown Rips in the banners of this page to sign up and see what cards you can pull.
Yes, you will have to be at least 18 years old to sign up here. This is the same as what I found in my Slabz review and it should be the same at all other legit card rips sites.
Yes, you will find Crown Rips on Instagram, Facebook and X. It uses these places to host some pretty cool promo offers, as well as provide a bunch of other trading card-based content.
On the whole, Crown Rips compares favorably, especially with its 100% buyback rates, promo offers and coverage of sports and Pokemon. The only things letting it down are the absence of OnePiece and Lorcana cards, and the three-day vaulting limit is a little tight too.
Well, the fact that the Crown Rips app has an App Store rating of 4.6 and a Google Play rating of 4.4 has to count for something. Plus the brand has already got a good reputation among the trading card fan community.
It’s usually a matter of providing some basic personal information like your full name, home address and your date of birth, and then you will have to submit some government-issued photo ID such as your passport or driving license. Once you’ve done this, you should be able to make deposits, rips, withdrawals and so on.
