I think the Vivaro welcome bonus is one of the better offers available as you get 20,000 GC & 2 SC after completing account registration. I go into further detail about the range of promotions and bonuses at Vivaro in this dedicated guide, but I’ve given a quick summary below:
- Welcome bonus for all new customers.
- Daily wheel spin as the daily login bonus.
- Mail-in request that can be used multiple times.
- VIP program with 5 tiers.
- Social media competitions on Facebook and Instagram.
I love the design of the Vivaro website and when making this Vivaro review I used the “classic” theme which is a blue color scheme. You can switch to a dark or light theme too and both look great. It’s got a clean and modern website design and I like that the interface isn’t cluttered.
You can browse the different game categories by using the expandable side menu and I found the favorite feature useful too as you can mark specific games or categories as favorites for quick access. There is a top menu too that contains quick links to promos, the daily wheel spin, and Gold Coin packages - it essentially uses classic webdesign design features that make it incredibly easy to use for beginners.
The animated game thumbnails are a nice touch too, and I think it's a nice touch that clicking on the information icon of a game thumbnail opens a pop-up that shows the game RTP as this is the first thing I look for.
I couldn’t find a Vivaro mobile app. There is a mobile-responsive version though that you can access on mobile browsers like Chrome or Safari. I tested it on Chrome on my Android mobile and had no issues. The layout compacts to fit properly on the smaller screen size, and I found the page loading times to be quick too.
In terms of gameplay, most of the games can be played in portrait or landscape mode - I prefer landscape for slots and portrait for live dealer games for maximum viewability. The game loaded OK, but some of the slots took a while to load which I found a little annoying. Overall though, the mobile browser experience was smooth.

No purchase is necessary to play at Vivaro sweepstakes casino, but if you want you can purchase Gold Coin packages. Payment methods to purchase the packages include instant bank transfer, card payment, and PrizeOut. The packages are OK - nothing amazing, but you get bonus SC with each package.
You can redeem your SC for cash prizes and gift cards too, but you must have a minimum amount of 50 SC before redemptions are available. Instant bank transfer is available for cash prize redemptions, and Vivaro states that they should take a maximum of 5 days to process.
Customer support at Vivaro is a mixed bag. On the one hand they have a 24/7 live chat which is easy to access. On the other hand, I couldn’t find an FAQ section or help center which I found weird considering this is a common feature for sweepstakes casinos.
Regardless, the live chat should be your first call for support - there is email support too, but the live chat has the quickest response times. I typically got a reply within a minute or so once I’d got through the AI chatbot questions. I found the live chat support reps to be pleasant and helpful too and they sorted my queries in no time.
I checked for compliance with US sweepstakes regulations and Vivaro checked the boxes. It offers permanent free play gameplay and you definitely don’t need to purchase Gold Coin packs to play the games. Free SC & GC are also readily available. In terms of accessibility, you cannot play at Vivaro from the following states - Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Kentucky, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New York, North Dakota, Ohio, Tennessee, Vermont, West Virginia, or Washington.
Security features and customer protections were in-line with industry standards too and I found a valid SSL certificate, a HTTPS connection, and a well-constructed privacy policy, sweepstakes rules, and T&Cs.
There’s a Vivaro VIP program with five tiers and it looks to offer decent value. You get 1 VIP point for each 1,000 GC and 1 SC used and these contribute to your VIP level. At the different tiers you get bonuses such as weekly and daily bonuses, access to exclusive raffles, and a daily rakeback. I can’t be more specific about these bonuses as Vivaro gives no details. It does offer details about the status bonus you get though, when you hit the next VIP level:
- Silver: 1,500 GC and 3 SC
- Gold: 35,000 GC & 50 SC
- Platinum: 75,500 GC & 90 SC
- Diamond: 375,000 & 375 SC
I think that these bonuses alone make the VIP club something to work towards as that’s a good chunk of coins to game with and for redemptions!
Now, this is one area that Vivaro MUST improve to become a top contender and one of my favorite sweepstakes casinos. Currently, it has a limited game library of 150+ titles. Now, this might still sound great, and it’s definitely plenty of games. BUT, for perspective, many sweepstakes casinos have over a thousand games - I want to see Vivaro up its games to that level.
So, now that’s out of the way, what games can you actually play at Vivaro? The game categories include:
You’ve got around 100 video slots, 14 live dealer games, and a range of crash and arcade games. I’m a big table game fan so I love the live casino section at Vivaro and this is a big plus for the platform as most sweepstakes casinos don’t offer live games. I spent ages playing roulette and blackjack, and there’s baccarat too, but I’m no good at it so I didn’t try it! The live dealer experience was great - the dealers were interactive, and you don’t have to use a ridiculous amount of coins to play.
If you love video slots then you’ve got plenty of themes and game features to choose from - just don’t expect games from well-known developers. POPOK Gaming and Pascal Gaming provide the slots and I’ve never heard of them. So, I did some digging, and I found that both developers are fully licensed by the UKGC, so that removed any reservations I had about fairness.
I played plenty of the slots too and I found that the stated RTP percentages were consistent with what I got in prizes. One thing to note is that most of the slots hovered around 96% for their RTP and I didn’t find many games higher than this. 96% is considered the industry average for slots though, but it would be nice for some games to have an RTP of 96.50% or higher.
For this Vivaro review I spent time looking at the virtual currencies, how they worked, and how you can get them. I found nothing unremarkable and Vivaro essentially operates like any other sweepstakes casinos. You have two currencies to play with - GC & SC, and you can get them in multiple ways:
In terms of gameplay and availability I think Vivaro is in line with other sweepstakes casinos. You can play with as little as 10 GC or 0.10 SC, so things like the welcome bonus and daily login bonus go far. The platform is fairly generous with handing out GC & SC too, particularly the daily wheel spin where you can get up to 50 SC.
So, is Vivaro legit? Definitely! After extensive testing, I can recommend this platform as it complies with the no purchase necessary requirement, has games from licensed developers, and gives you various ways to get free GC and SC. I don’t think Vivaro is perfect though, and it has ways to go before it can be considered one of the top sweepstakes casinos. The main area of improvement is the small game library - if this gets bulked up to 500 or more games, I’d rate it higher.
