UpUp Casino Review 2026: Our Latest Sweepstakes Casino Rating

The highlight of my UpUp Casino review is the brand’s 1,000,000 Gold Coins and 2 Sweeps Coins welcome bonus. Alongside that, there are 3,000+ casino-style games to enjoy, so it’s ticking all my boxes from the get-go.

UpUp Casino has gone big with every element of its sweepstakes gaming platform. But it’s not simply a case of quantity over quality, either, with 30 trusted game studios in the mix, including the likes of NetEnt and 3 Oaks Gaming. You will need to be 21+ to play irrespective of the UpUp Casino legal state in which you live.

Is UpUp Casino Legit?

UpUp Casino is relatively new, so I began my review by inspecting its safety credentials. Due diligence checks are essential when approaching a new, untested sweepstakes casino, so here’s what I dug up about the site…

First of all, UpUp Casino is safe and secure, so you can breathe a sigh of relief. There are all the usual hallmarks of a legit gaming site – SSL encryption, responsible gameplay tools, and transparent T&Cs – as well as a 21+ age limit, geolocation technology, and a well-publicized privacy policy that you can check out at the bottom of the page.

Where Is UpUp Casino Available in the USA?

As I discovered in my Coinsmania review, sweepstakes casinos aren’t available in all parts of the USA. That’s the case at UpUp Casino, with the site unavailable in the following regions:

California, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Indiana, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Tennessee, Washington, and West Virginia.

A Big Welcome Bonus Awaits When You Get Verified at UpUp Casino

Now we know it’s legit; I can move on to tell you about the more exciting aspects of UpUp Casino – starting with its incredible welcome bonus.

All new members get 1,000,000 Gold Coins (GC) and 2 Sweeps Coins (SC) when they register for a new account and complete UpUP Casino’s KYC (know your customer) verification checks. You don’t need me to tell you that this is a fantastic sum of virtual currencies to get you started.

Along with the UpUp Casino bonus, new members can also choose from a couple of premium sign-up offers. These are optional, but include:

• Epic Deal: 5,000,000 GC for $10, plus 14 SC
• Insane Deal: 35,000,000 GC for $50, plus 75 SC

You don’t need to buy GC packs at UpUp Casino, but with a 40% and 50% bonus respectively on standard-priced bundles, they could be worth chewing over.

Can Existing Players Get Bonuses at UpUp Casino?

Sure, you might find it tricky to work through your huge UpUp Casino welcome bonus. But when you get to the bottom of your pile, rest assured that the brand has you covered with complementary deals for returning players.

UpUp Casino has a generous mix of repeat promos for returning members. These include:

Is There a VIP Rewards Program at UpUp Casino?

UpUp Casino does advertise a VIP loyalty program on its promotions page, but I’m yet to experience the full force of its “elite player” rewards. Details are scant on the type of rewards you can actually expect when you level up; if I were to reference, say, my recent Quickmilly review, I’d say you’re probably looking at higher daily and weekly bonuses, tier-exclusive GC bundles, and potentially a higher rakeback percentage.

In any case, UpUp Casino’s VIP program contains several tiers, so you’ll need to play consistently in GC and SC mode to progress through the levels. Find out more on the brand’s dedicated “Rewards” page.

Passing Judgment on the UpUp Casino Game Lobby

Play live-dealer games at UpUp Casino

Find the hottest slots at UpUp Casino

So far, so good for my UpUp Casino review. But will the brand remain in my good books once I’ve taken a look at its game lobby?

Yes – definitively so, in fact. With north of 3,000 games to choose from, UpUp Casino has put together a statement-making collection of casino-style games. Here are a few of my highlights.

Outstanding Game Variety

While slots like Babylon Gardens and Blackbeard Lucky Bucks account for the main bulk of UpUp’s games, the brand isn’t short on variety. From bingo to fish shooters, scratch cards to virtual poker games, UpUp Casino has covered all bases to bring members an authentic, Vegas-like experience.

It gets better, because you can jump into your preferred game categories so easily here. UpUp Casino’s widget-heavy interface makes browsing its 3,000+ game lobby super simple, so you can easily move between different game types.

Lots of Live Dealer Options – although They Are Tricky to Find

At first glance, it’s easy to overlook the live casino games at UpUp Casino. That’s because there’s no dedicated “live dealer” game category on the site, which does seem like a slight oversight that ought to be rectified.

The good news is that there are plenty of live dealer games available at UpUp Casino, powered by trusted hosts like ICONIC21 and Evolution. You’ll find these in their individual game categories – ”Blackjack”, for example.

Trusted Game Providers in the Mix

UpUp Casino has called on lots of studios to fill up its game lobby, including 3 OaksGaming, Hacksaw, and NetEnt. I was pleased to see a big emphasis on indie developers, too, so I recommend seeking titles from the likes of Felix Gaming, Kahzuu, and Triple Cherry.

Visuals, Performance, and Mobile Play at UpUp Casino

My first impression of UpUp Casino was positive thanks to the brand’s shift away from an all-black color scheme – green makes a refreshing change. Sure, its interface isn’t the most dynamic I’ve encountered, but it’s user-friendly and predictable, which might help beginners figure things out.

I do like the navigation and controls at UpUp Casino, none of which show any sign of glitchiness. Game load times are solid across the board, too, which was also one of the highlights of my recent Joe Casino review.

What’s the Mobile Experience Like at UpUp Casino?

Well, there’s no UpUp Casino app right now, but I wouldn’t let that put you off. I tested it on my iPhone 15 and found that it worked every bit as well on small screens as it did on desktop. That’s thanks to that widget-heavy interface I mentioned, which is genuinely thumb-friendly on smartphone browsers like Safari and Chrome.

Optional Purchase of GC and Redeeming SC at UpUp Casino

UpUp Casino enables members to buy Gold Coins packages and redeem Sweeps Coins for real prizes. Both are optional, but since they’re an integral part of what the site is all about, it would be remiss of me not to cover them as part of my UpUp Casino review.

Purchase Gold Coins at UpUp Casino

There’s a huge variation in price between GC packs at UpUp Casino. Packs start at $5 and increase all the way up to $300. What was so surprising is that even the cheapest bundle gets you 1,000,000 GC – way more than other sweepstakes casinos I’ve tested.

If you want to buy GC packs at UpUp Casino, you can do so using Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards, along with Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Cash App. That’s a decent mix of payment methods compared to some other brands, although I don’t think an e-wallet like PayPal would be too much to ask. Note that this is entirely optional.

Redeeming Sweeps Coins at UpUp Casino

When you play through the Sweeps Coins you’ve collected at UpUp Casino in SC mode, these then qualify for redemption. You’ll need 100 SC, all played through, to submit a redemption request. You’ll also need to pass KYC verification checks, but seeing as this is required to get the brand’s welcome bonus, you may already have taken care of that.

You can monitor your progress towards an SC redemption at any time by tapping the “Redeem” button. Processing takes up to 72 hours, and longer for SC redemptions of 1,000 Sweeps Coins or more.

Rating the Customer Support at UpUp Casino

Customer service fell a little flat in my recent MyBets.us review, so will UpUp Casino fare any better?

Yes, is the answer. Not only is there an excellent, well-stocked help center featuring tons of FAQ topics, but there are also a couple of support channels available should you need to reach out to the brand.

Sadly, this doesn’t include live chat, which I do think would elevate the UpUp Casino experience a lot. Instead, you’re looking at an email ticketing service only, although I did receive a speedy response to my question. Note that you can also reach out to UpUp Casino on its socials, but I’d say that’s for non-account-specific queries only.

Can I Recommend UpUp Casino?

With a killer welcome bonus and a huge game lobby, UpUp Casino ticks two of the main boxes I look for from sweepstakes casinos. I love that the brand hasn’t relied on a huge volume of slots alone to bulk out its game collection; there’s genuine variety here, so no two playthroughs need ever feel the same.

Circling back through my UpUp Casino review, I’d say the main downvotes stem from the lack of live chat support, the omission of a mobile app, and the fact that there’s no dedicated live casino section in the game lobby. Still, these are really only slight niggles and didn’t impact my experience of the site.
