As I mentioned earlier in my Sweep Jungle review, the brand has recently launched, and the site is still under development. I'm not sure why the brand has taken this approach, but I saw a New banner, which suggests new titles will be added regularly.

I liked that, despite a small selection of casino-style slots, there is a lot of variety, including Hold and Win, Megaways, and Feature Buy titles. All of the casino-style games are available for both desktop and mobile sweepstakes gameplay, and the graphics are clean, with no lags or buffering between play amount spins. I enjoyed trying most of the games, and recommend you try Bonanza Billion, Frozen Fruit, Le Pharaoh and Sweet Punks.
Sweep Jungle has designed an excellent sweepstakes casino desktop site, and I liked the green and black theme. The colors work well, and it makes you feel like you are venturing into a forest. The site is easy to navigate, featuring several filters and a search tool that make it easy to find your favorite casino-style games. A nice touch was adding an information icon to each banner, and you can click the ‘i’ icon to get more details about a specific page or promotion. Overall, the Sweep Jungle website is easy to use, and I gave the brand top marks for my usability, look and feel ratings.
As with most sweepstakes casinos, there is no dedicated Sweep Jungle app. However, this is not an issue as the mobile-optimized website is an excellent option for mobile gameplay. The mobile site is compatible with most devices, including Android and iOS.
To access the mobile site, enter the Sweep Jungle URL into your web browser, and the site should load within seconds. I enjoyed using the mobile site, and the sweepstakes gaming experience is identical to playing on a desktop. With the mobile-optimized website, you can play all of the casino-style games, claim bonuses and make optional GC purchases.
Sweep Jungle features a secure banking platform, allowing you to make safe and secure optional GC purchases and request SC redemptions. From my experience, it can take up to five working days to receive your prize, which will be directed to your registered bank account.
One area of my Sweep Jungle review that fell short was with the customer support options. The available support options are email and live chat; however, it can take some time to receive a response from the support team. When I tried the live chat, a message notified me to submit my details and questions as the live chat is not yet available. I submitted my details and asked a standard question, and I only got feedback to my email address after five hours.
I hope to see better live chat support soon. Once the brand can offer live chat with instant support, I will update this review with my thoughts and Sweep Jungle ratings for the customer support.

That brings me to the end of my Sweep Jungle review. As I shared when I started my review, the brand has only recently gone live, and naturally, there are some areas for improvement. Two features that need work are the limited customer support and the small gaming lobby. I hope to see an instant live chat feature and more diverse casino-style games, such as table and social live casino titles.
