Top Picks: Three fixtures to stay focused on over this holiday season
I’ll begin with a closer look at three fixtures that I think you should be looking at over the next few weeks. This way, those of you who already have an account set up with Rebet can immediately lock in the best social betting odds available. Any new users will want to take note and stick around, though, because I’ll provide you with an exclusive bonus shortly.
🏈 Baltimore Ravens vs. Houston Texans
I love Christmas Day football, and I’m sure that some of you will, too. So, let me get these top tips up and running with a look at the eagerly-anticipated match between the Ravens and the Texans.
The Ravens have had a good campaign so far. Currently, they are sitting in second place, doing what the Ravens do – putting 40+ points on the opposition. However, this season, it looks like they’ve been letting an average of 30+ points per game slip, too.
The Texans are sitting at the top of a pretty poor AFC South. Again, they’ve been strong offensively, putting up an average of 30+ points per game. However, like the Ravens, they’ve also let 30+ slip per game. Something else to consider is that Joe Mixon has been critical to Houston’s offense and is currently battling an ankle injury.
Taking this all into account, I’m instantly drawn to a big total of over 60.5. That said, if Mixon can’t recover in time, I’d suggest that you add a Ravens W to your social bet slip instead.
🏈 Kansas City Chiefs vs. Pittsburgh Steelers
Now, I want to take a look at one of the earlier fixtures on Christmas Day: The high-flying Chiefs take on the playoff-bound Steelers.
These two teams have already had impressive seasons. The Chiefs are sitting top of the AFC West with a 13-1 record, and the Steelers have a solid 10-4 record in the AFC North. As expected of the Chiefs from years gone by, high-scoring affairs have been taking place throughout the season, and the offense has been putting up an average of 30+ points per game.
As the Steelers have already managed to drop points to the Eagles, Browns, Colts, and Cowboys, we all know the defense has holes that can be exploited. So, with that, it is difficult to look beyond a Chiefs win or a possible total of over 54.5 points.
🏀 Boston Celtics vs Philadelphia 76ers
I’m going to take things courtside for my final social betting tip. The Celtics are flying high in second place, and they will host the twelfth-placed 76ers on Christmas Day.
Bar the Bucks, the Celtics have managed some huge wins with a minimum of ten points difference. Although the 76ers are sitting down in 12th, this hasn’t stopped them from putting numbers on the board, either. In fact, based on my latest rummage through the facts, I found at least 100 points a game is the standard.
With this, I’ve got to be looking at an over 204.5 points total or a Celtics win with a -6 points difference.
