All of the above information should be written in eligible handwriting. Once you’re happy with all the details you’ve provided, you can move on to filling out the envelope.
On the outer envelope of your mail-in sweepstakes request card, write out your return address and the words “Stake Cash Credits”. Do note that the return address should match the address registered to your Stake.us account.
The final step is to add Stake’s address along with a postage stamp.
