I was welcomed by a catchy electro beat immediately after I hit the Funzpoints homepage. However, there’s an option to turn off the sound if you want.
Let’s start with the visuals I found during this Funzpoints Casino review. There are great graphics on a dark blue background, giving the site a laid-back, stylish, groovy look and its simple layout and zero clutter further added to this look. There’s a FAQ section with answers to general questions about the site and links to certain sections of the site. You can also contact the Funzpoints support team via email. I got prompt replies to my inquiries (my email was replied within the hour), although inquiries which need more detailed information may take 1-2 business days. My email inquiry about the Funzpoints loyalty program was replied to by an agent called Heather who took the time to explain how the platform rewards its loyal players.
There’s no live chat support at Funzpoints Casino. Neither is there phone support. The platform could improve its support because not everyone is patient enough to send an email and wait for a response or read through the FAQ section to get prompt answers to their inquiries.
