Everything on the BucksJet website seems like an afterthought
Maybe I’m being nitpicky, but even as a lover of dark-themed websites, I still don’t enjoy using the BucksJet website. Sure, the black background is appealing, but the green just doesn’t blend well enough for me. It’s probably one of the reasons I didn’t enjoy my BucksJet review.
I do love how neatly arranged the game lobby is, but it appears too simplistic and lacks the fun energy most sweepstakes casino websites give off. Even the sign-up page looks bare compared to other sites, where you’ll see stunning images advertising bonuses or highlighting the games the sweepstakes casino offers.
Furthermore, some of the website's pages seem unfinished. The Sweeps Rules page, for example, has very little information, making it seem like an afterthought. From my experience, this ought not be so, as the Sweeps Rules page is an important section where every sweepstakes casino lays down its rules and fundamentally states how gaming and SC prize redemption work on the site.

I wasn't expecting much when checking out the payment methods in my BucksJet review. However, I was impressed by the fact that the online sweepstakes casino made some reliable payment methods available. However, you don't have much to choose from. The only ones available are PayPal, Cash App, Visa, and MasterCard.
These payment methods can be used to purchase Gold Coin packs or redeem your Sweep Coins for prizes. With GC purchases, transactions are instant. SC prize redemption is also instant via PayPal, but the entire process requires some intrusive ID checks. That’s hardly reassuring for a site with unclear security credentials. Also, players are required to play through their SC balance at least once and provide their personal information for security checks before they can request prize redemption. That, at least, is fairly standard.
Customer support was disappointing
Customer support is another area I was disappointed in during my BucksJet review. From my experience, sweepstakes casinos typically offer email support for more detailed help before releasing a live chat feature. However, with BucksJet, the reverse is the case as email support is unavailable.
Upon clicking the “Customer Support” button, I was immediately redirected to a fresh page designed only for interaction with a support agent. However, I’ve never had such a problem with other sweepstakes casinos’ live chat spaces that pop up from one corner of the screen. This is because there’s almost always a button dedicated to expanding the live chat interface.
By making the chat interface cover the entire screen, you block out every other information on the screen. Don’t even get me started on how slow the replies I got were. The interface even outrightly stated that I would get replies within two hours!

Is BucksJet legit and secure?
BucksJet doesn't have a great reputation online. At a glance, the site seems to comply with some of the most important sweepstakes regulations, but that is all I can say in favor of the site's legitimacy.
As with other sweepstakes casinos, you can’t play games on BucksJet with your actual cash. However, you may at some point provide your financial information either for Gold Coin purchases or for SC prize redemption. The issue is, can you trust such a sketchy site with your financial details? I strongly advise against doing so.
Also, I can’t verify or deny whether BucksJet uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology to safeguard customer data since there isn’t much information about it on the site or elsewhere. Again, this is another red flag because sweepstakes casinos always mention details like these in their terms of service pages.
Additionally, I dislike that you can’t access much information, such as a promotions page, without being asked to sign up and provide your personal information.
BucksJet has an uninteresting VIP program and some other promotional offers
This section is where the sweepstakes casino impressed me slightly during my BucksJet review. However, I still had several issues. Read on to see what I mean:
The BucksJet VIP program is one of the least intriguing ones I’ve seen since I started reviewing sweepstakes social casinos. The way it’s illustrated made me not want to participate in it at all.
It’s a nine-tier VIP program designed to reward players for consistently gaming on the site. Perhaps I’m being nitpicky, but the names of each tier seem uninteresting. The first level is termed V1, while the second is V2. The naming scheme goes on until you get V9, the ninth and highest level.
As a new user, you don’t belong to any level until you accumulate up to 300 points from gaming to make V1. The reward you get is a 0.2 Sweep Coins and a reduction in SC redemption processing fees.
While the BucksJets' daily bonuses may seem appealing at first, it doesn’t compensate for the sweepstakes casino’s poor design and lack of credibility. That said, the daily rewards are split across 7 days. As a new user, I received 20,000 Gold Coins on day one. Day two gave me 30K GC. Meanwhile, I received an impressive 100K Gold Coins and 0.3 Sweep Coins. Again, all these didn’t make up for the poor gaming experience I had while using the BucksJet site.
💰 First GC Purchase Bonus
Immediately after accepting my day one bonus, I was shown a banner offering discounts on my first Gold Coin purchase. I call it a first GC purchase bonus, but the site's terminology was actually “First deposit,” which is a major red flag and completely out of line with sweepstakes casinos' compliance norms. Sweepstakes casinos can’t accept deposits; that’s the same reason why you won’t find any

I was offered 100K Gold Coins for $9.99. It seemed like a generous offer on the surface, but the site’s use of “First deposit” made it hard to trust.
