Webull fees for prediction markets total $0.02 per contract: $0.01 goes to the exchange and $0.01 to Webull. You pay this on every opening and closing trade, so buying and later selling 100 contracts costs you $4.
Webull routes these event contracts to Kalshi, a CFTC-regulated exchange, and funds your trades from your linked brokerage balance. We found that ACH deposits and withdrawals carry no fee, while wires cost $8 in and $25 out domestically, or $12.50 in and $45 out internationally. Fees come on top of the contract price, which you can lose in full.
Webull partnered with Kalshi, a CFTC-regulated exchange, in February 2025. It added crypto hourly contracts in June 2025 and rolled out its wider prediction markets offering in the third quarter of 2025. Webull Futures LLC, a CFTC-registered futures commission merchant (FCM) and NFA member, carries the Event accounts, which SIPC doesn't protect.
Webull transaction fees on event contracts come to $0.02 per contract, which includes a $0.01 commission plus a $0.01 exchange fee. On a costwise basis, prices run from $0.01 to $0.99, each contract settles at $1 or $0, and there is no leverage, so you pay the full price up front plus fees. The same per-contract fee applies across Webullโs categories, ranging from technology predictions to sports and economics.
The table below gives a detailed overview of Webull fees and costs structure for prediction markets:
| Fee | Cost | When it applies |
|---|---|---|
| Exchange fee (Kalshi) | $0.01 per contract | Every opening and closing trade |
| Webull commission | $0.01 per contract | Every opening and closing trade |
| Holding to settlement | No fee listed | Webull lists fees on opening and closing trades |
| ACH deposit or withdrawal | $0 | $5 if an ACH deposit is reversed |
| Debit card deposit | $0 | Up to $10,000 a day; counts as settled cash the same day |
| Domestic wire | $8 in / $25 out | Your bank may add its own charge |
| International wire | $12.50 in / $45 out | Your bank may add its own charge |
| Outgoing account transfer (ACATS) | $75 | Moving assets to another broker |
A prediction pays $0 if an outcome does not happen and $1 if it does. Letโs assume that you purchase 100 โYesโ contracts at $0.40. That makes $40 (100 multiplied by $0.40). In addition to the $2 transaction fee per contract, the total is equal to $42. The final output could be either of these three outcomes.
You get $100, as each contract settles at $1. Thatโs a net gain of $58, which is $42 subtracted from $100
All the 100 contracts will settle at $0. However, you have spent $42. This case means there is a maximum loss of $42.
If the contract price increases from $0.40 to $0.55, the market value of your 100 contracts becomes $55 (100 multiplied by $0.55). If the closing fee is equal to $2, you get $11 ($55 - ($2 + $42)).
One thing to note about Webull fees per contract model is that fees drag on cheap contracts. The flat fee of $0.02 adds 40% to the $0.05 contract price, while it adds 2.2% to a $0.90 contract. For a more in-depth view, see our full guide to Webull prediction market fees.
The Webull deposit/withdrawal fees depend on your chosen transaction option. For Webull deposit fees, the ACH transaction option carries no fee for amounts up to $50,000 per day. Debit cards also attract zero charge for deposits up to $10,000 per day. Domestic wires and international wires cost $8 and $12.50 respectively.
The ACH translation option attracts no Webull withdrawal fee while domestic and international wires cost $25 and $45 respectively. Withdrawals via debit card attract a fee of 1.75% of the transfer amount.
Webull has several advantages that balance well against the flat fee it charges on cheap contracts. Here are the pros and cons of this online financial services company.
Webull fees are easy to budget for, as every event contract costs $0.02 to buy and another $0.02 if you sell before settlement. We noted that ACH transfers on Webull carry no charge, while wire transfers range from $8 to $45.
We also observed that the flat rate is simple and predictable. However, it costs more than trading on other popular brands, especially on cheap contracts. If you are willing to try out Webull prediction markets, click the brandโs banner on this page.
Webull charges $0.02 per contract on each opening and closing trade: $0.01 goes to the exchange and $0.01 to Webull. Buying and later selling 100 contracts costs $4 in fees.
There is no extra charge for ACH withdrawals. Domestic wire withdrawals cost $25 and international wire withdrawals cost $45, and your bank may add its own charges.
ACH and debit card deposits carry no Webull fee. Incoming wires cost $8 (domestic) or $12.50 (international), and a reversed ACH deposit costs $5.
Webull doesn't list one. Its $0.02 applies to opening and closing trades, and Kalshi charges no settlement fee, so holding to expiry costs only the opening fee. Payouts are available to withdraw the same day.
Yes, in January 2026, Webull dropped its commission on Super Bowl-related contracts, though exchange fees still applied. The offer covered only those Big Game markets.
