ROLR is one of the newest prediction market trading platforms to launch. It follows a rather unique model, which means we have a lot of questions, including: Are there any ROLR fees that apply? Currently, no – ROLR has no fees.
This may not remain the case. ROLR currently operates as a no-purchase prediction market trading site but plans to switch to real-money trading in the future. When this move happens, fees may certainly be implemented in several areas. We’ve taken a look at ROLR and have gone through the areas where fees may apply, so you know what to expect.
ROLR is a no-purchase prediction market trading platform. It offers binary (yes/no) contracts on real-world outcomes across a wide variety of categories, including sports, politics, and entertainment. It is also classified as one of the top climate prediction market sites, featuring markets like “What will the highest temperature in Miami be on October 5th?”
But because ROLR is using a no-purchase model, you’ll use virtual ROLR credits (you get 1,000 when you sign up) to make your predictions. These ROLR credits have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
This format may not be permanent, though. We did some research and found that High Roller Technologies, which operates ROLR, will be launching real-money prediction markets on the site towards the end of October 2026.
Since ROLR currently uses a no-purchase format and only offers event contract trading using virtual credits, there are no ROLR fees and costs in place. But this is subject to change once the site implements real-money prediction market trading. Our suggestion? Enjoy the platform before the fees kick in!
Here’s a quick overview of the fees that may apply:
| Promotion | What you'll receive | How to unlock |
|---|---|---|
| Welcome reward | No offer available right now | Register and verify your email |
| Treasure Drop | GC, SC & FP | Join live promotional events |
| Piggy Bank | Gold Coins | Fill and unlock your Piggy Bank |
| AMOE | Promotional SC | Submit a qualifying mail-in request |
| VIP program | Coinback, birthday gifts & exclusive rewards | Progress through the 24 VIP levels |
When ROLR’s real-money platform goes live, there is a good chance ROLR fees will come into play. Here’s a list of the types of fees you can expect:
Prediction market trading fees are the specific transaction costs charged when you buy or sell contracts. Most prediction markets charge fees ranging from 0.5% to 3% of the trade value.
The intended ROLR fee structure hasn’t been released yet, but these figures should give you an idea of what to expect.
Deposit fees are charges that prediction market platforms apply when you add funds to your trading account. Most prediction market trading platforms don’t charge fees if you use methods like standard bank transfers. But if you opt for methods like debit cards, credit cards, e-wallets, or digital wallets like Apple Pay, then deposit fees may apply.
ROLR deposit fees aren’t in place yet because the site operates as a no-purchase platform. When it switches to real-money predictions and picks, the site will update you on what the new fees are and whether deposit fees apply.
Withdrawal fees are the fees a prediction market platform charges when you withdraw funds or profits from trading. You can also view them as a withdrawal processing fee. Most prediction market platforms don’t apply withdrawal fees, which is a bonus.
But keep in mind that your bank or payment processor may charge fees. So, while you wouldn’t pay a fee to the platform, the bank may still have charges that apply.
It isn’t clear whether ROLR deposit or withdrawal fees will apply. If they do come into effect, ROLR will outline the fees for each payment method on its site.
Per-contract fees are a specific charging mechanism where the trading fee is charged at a flat rate or scaled dynamically according to how many event contracts you choose to buy or sell.
Again, we’re not sure how ROLR fees per contract will be set up, but these should become clear once the platform releases its fee structure.
There are currently no ROLR transaction fees in place, and High Roller Technologies has not released its proposed fees just yet. High Roller Technologies has set ROLR’s commercial launch for October 2026, so we assume the fee structure will become available, and fees will be implemented around the same time.
If you’ve read our ROLR prediction markets review, you’ll know the site has a lot to offer as it currently stands. While the move to real-money trading brings additional benefits, it also means you’ll need to pay fees. Here are the pros and cons of the site as it stands:
ROLR kicked off as a no-purchase prediction market trading platform, which means no fees currently apply. But the platform is set to transition over to real-money trading in October 2026, which means fees may become part of the package. Until then, ROLR offers the ideal platform for practicing prediction market trading, so you can get the hang of it before fees come into play.

No, since the site currently operates as a no-purchase prediction market platform, there are no fees.
ROLR isn’t allowing real money withdrawals yet. However, most prediction market exchange platforms don’t apply withdrawal fees, so we expect ROLR to be the same. Note that regular bank fees may apply.
High Roller Technologies has scheduled the platform for commercial release in October 2026.
