Tommy Hilfiger is the current most likely person to show up courtside at the US Open Finals, sitting at 79% on Polymarket's market tracking who turns out for this year's men's singles final. That's the highest number on the board by a wide margin, while the predictions for most other celebrities are dubious at best.
Ben Stiller sits at 65%, Serena Williams at 53%, and Roger Federer at 45%, with more than twenty other names sitting at a probability of under 40%.

A Deep, Crowded Field
What makes this market interesting isn't just the frontrunner; it's how many names are actually in play at once.
Karl-Anthony Towns and Steph Curry are both sitting in the low-to-mid 30s, and so are Jalen Brunson and Jon Bon Jovi, which is a strange enough grouping on its own. Close enough, too, that any one of them showing up or staying home could shuffle the whole cluster around them.
Keep scrolling, and it gets more scattered. Emily Ratajkowski's in there. So are the Jenner sisters, Kendall and Kylie, plus Maria Sharapova a notch below. Kevin Hart, Danny DeVito, Timothée Chalamet, they're all sort of stuck in the same middle stretch of the board without much separating them.
Novak Djokovic and LeBron James, on the other hand, barely register, priced more like long shots than real contenders for a Saturday courtside seat. And there's actual money riding on all of it. The market's already crossed $32,000 in volume since it opened back on August 7, which is a fair amount of cash.
How The Market Will Settle
The rules are tighter than they might look at first glance. According to Polymarket's resolution criteria, attendance counts only if someone is physically in the venue during the men's singles final itself, set for September 13. Showing up earlier in the tournament, or catching the women's final instead, doesn't count toward any of these probabilities.
That's a meaningfully cleaner bar than most gossip-driven predictions get, and it's part of why the
prediction market apps
covering this kind of event tend to hold up better than a market built on vibes.
Each outcome resolves independently too, so Hilfiger's 79% and Djokovic's 2% aren't pulling from the same pot; each is its own yes-or-no trade on a single person's Saturday plans.
Why This Kind of Market Works
The US Open final has turned into as much a fashion and celebrity event as a tennis one over the last few years, and that's exactly the kind of moment a wide, multi-outcome market is built for.
A single yes-or-no line on "will a celebrity attend" would flatten all of this down to almost nothing useful. Instead, having two dozen individually priced names lets the crowd's actual read on each person's schedule and habits show up in the number itself, name by name.
It's the same structural strength that shows up across other
sports prediction markets, where a live market can track something as specific as one person's attendance far more precisely than a headline guess ever could. With the final still more than a week out, expect these numbers to keep moving as travel plans and appearances get locked in.
