Other Arizona Sportsbooks

Hard Rock Bet runs the sportsbook at Twin Arrows near Flagstaff (see our Hard Rock Bet promo code page), and theScore Bet took over from ESPN Bet in December 2025. Arizona Sports Betting Laws

Gov. Doug Ducey signed HB 2772 and an updated tribal gaming compact on April 15, 2021, and online and retail betting launched together on September 9, 2021. The law allows up to 20 event wagering licenses: 10 for Arizona's tribes and 10 for pro sports teams and venues, such as the stadiums of the Cardinals, Suns and Diamondbacks, TPC Scottsdale and Phoenix Raceway.

• Age: You must be 21 or older.
• Location: You must be physically in Arizona to bet online, but you don't have to live there.
• College betting: You can bet on the Arizona Wildcats, Arizona State and other college teams, but prop bets on college games have been banned since the 2021 law.
• Tax: Online sportsbooks pay a 10% privilege fee on their revenue and retail sportsbooks pay 8%. Gov. Katie Hobbs proposed a 45% rate for the biggest sportsbooks in 2026, but it was left out of the budget signed in June 2026.
