Monday NBA Parlay Analysis

Milwaukee Bucks vs. Miami Heat, 7:30PM ET

LEG 1: Khris Middleton Over 2.5 Threes (+134) with DraftKings
LEG 2: Jrue Holiday Over 2.5 Threes (+106) with DraftKings

All through the year the Heat have been a team that allow their opponents a lot of threes and that playoffs have been no different, ranking 16th out of the 16 postseason teams for opponent 3PM in the opening round. The Bucks have been shooting at an astounding 44.3% clip from deep in the first three games of this series, and our model thinks that looks set to continue with Khris Middleton and Jrue Holiday both presenting plus money value to hit their lines.

Middleton went 3-5 from three in Saturday's Game 5, and while Holiday hasn't been converting at the same high level as his teammates in the series thus far, he does enjoy a healthy volume, averaging 8.3 attempts.

The way to beat this Heat team and obtain the all-important 3-1 series lead is by killing them from behind the three point line. Our projections have the duo hitting three each.

Los Angeles Lakers vs. Memphis Grizzlies, 10:00PM ET

LEG 2: Ja Morant Over 28.5 Points (-110) with DraftKings

This Lakers/Grizzlies series has had all the drama fit for a Hollywood blockbuster and tonight there could be even more fireworks as Memphis look to even things back up. Ja Morant was the clear superstar for the Griz in their Game 3 loss, tallying 45 points to go along with 9 rebounds and 13 assists. One thing that was evident in Morant's game in contrast to his Game 1 performance was his ability to be more aggressive, increasing his shot volume from 14 attempts in the series opener, to 26 attempts in Game 3. Our model sees that aggression continuing with the stakes reaching fever pitch levels, predicting 32 points for the point guard.
