For Dallas, a lot has been made of their heavy reliance on Luka Doncic, and the sizeable dropoff of talent after the Slovenian. While that is true, there are still some enough depth and enough power with outside shooting to take advantage of the health woes of Toronto. We're taking the road team to come around with the win.

Oklahoma City Thunder vs. Houston Rockets, 8:00PM ET

Two former powerhouses of the West meet tonight, both in the midst of a heavy rebuilding phase, but both coming off upset wins last night against the Bulls and Hawks respectively. OKC have perhaps been the bigger shock to most basketball fans this season, with an 8-11 record despite thoughts at the beginning of the year that they would be tanking for the No. 1 pick. They've been powered by a top 5 offense in the league, averaging over 117 points per game. While the Rockets' defense has been awful this year, allowing 116 points per game, the Thunder's has been even worse, ranking second last in the NBA with more than 118. These are two young teams who are going to put on a show with defense nothing but an afterthought.

Los Angeles Lakers vs. San Antonio Spurs, 8:00PM ET

Are we witnessing the resurgence of the LA Lakers before our very eyes? We'll see - but they are playing some better basketball as of late and they're riding high after a win against this very Spurs team last night. With the two squads completing the back-to-back return set in Texas tonight, we gotta say, it's kinda hard to look past them here. Anthony Davis has been a machine on the boards, ripping down 14 or more in six straight games, while Russell Westbrook has settled well into his 6th Man role. That's not to mention the return of LeBron James and Dennis Schroder into the mix. This might just be the start of something.
