Will LIV or PGA golfers finish higher at the PGA Championship?

It's major season on the PGA TOUR as we head to the PGA Championship at Aronimink Golf Club, the second major of the year and also the second event featuring both LIV and PGA golfers in our golf predictions this season.

As we do for every tournament and major event, we've analyzed the best PGA Championship bets, boosted these golfers to finish Top 20 and now it’s time to dive into some matchups angles with these +460 golf parlay picks, with a special theme featuring three PGA golfers vs. their LIV counterparts, with more drama than ever between the two factions

Thanks to the Dimers Pro data in our Head-to-Head matchup predictor, we cashed using this strategy at the Masters and are looking to do so again.

Head-to-head matchups can be just as profitable as other markets with the right data at your side, as you are narrowing down the field of competition to just a handful of golfers.

To simplify betting on this market, Dimers' in-house H2H Predictor pits any two golfers directly against each other and projects who will finish higher, whether for Round 1 or across the full 72 holes for every tournament on the PGA TOUR.

PGA Championship parlay picks at +460 odds

To make this parlay, we'll enter both selected golfers into our H2H Predictor, select the Tournament-long option, and see which golfer gets the advantage for the weekend. If you see the shorter odds on the favored golfer, you've found an edge.

With a handy "Fair Odds" to "Percentages" toggle, you can always check to see if there's additional outright value in any given matchup, and with a Dimers Pro subscription, you can simulate unlimited matchups for every tournament.

Leg 1: Bryson DeChambeau to beat Brooks Koepka

Leading off our H2H parlay, we're riding with the LIV side in the Brooks vs. Bryson rivalry, one that stretches back to before their days as PGA TOUR defectors.

DeChambeau lands in our Top 10 overall contenders at the PGA CHampionship, with a 2.7% win probability and a 40.6% chance of a Top 20 finish. 3x PGA Championship winner Koepka lands way down at 25th in our overall win predictions, at just 1.0% to win and a substantial discrepancy in placements at just 27.7% for a Top 20.

Koepka's return to the TOUR has seen some strong results, including a T12 at the Masters and T13 at THE PLAYERS, while Bryson missed the cut at this year's Masters, but his time on LIV paints a different picture, with four Top 5 finishes in 7 events, including a pair of wins.

He's also been knocking on the door of a PGA Championship for some time now, with back-to-back 2nd place finishes and a T4 in his past three tries.

Bryson gets some juice to win this matchup at -164 odds on DraftKings, but his 61.3% probability to win or tie paints him as an appropriately strong favorite.

Leg 2: Tyrrell Hatton to beat Jordan Spieth

We're sticking with the LIV side in our second matchup, as we fade the feel good story of Jordan Spieth chasing his career grand slam at the lone major that's eluded him in his career.

Tyrrell Hatton gets a number of Dimers model edges in this tournament, including our best overall edge to win, so it makes sense the data shows him with the edge in his H2H matchup as well.

Hatton's been a machine at majors, making 16 of his last 17 cuts and seven Top 15 finishes in those. Spieth cracked the Top 15 at his last two Masters, but otherwise has just two other such finishes since 2022, mixing in just as many cuts in that span and often struggling to crack the Top 30 in the rest.

Hatton gets a strong 58.7% probability to win this matchup with more than double the Top 5 and Top 10 upside of Spieth, and if you factor in the tie, is at 63.7%, making him a clear bargain at -120 odds (54.6% implied).

Leg 3: J.J. Spaun to beat Patrick Reed

For our final leg, we're backing the PGA side with J.J. Spaun over Patrick Reed.

After years of grinding on the PGA TOUR, Spaun burst onto the scene with a U.S. Open win last season, his first major victory of his career. He followed that up with a rocky start to 2026, before  bagging a win at the Valero Texas Open.

He missed the cut at Augusta, but has gone T25, T14 and T5 since then, back in some good form. He turned in his best finish of T37 since his T35 debut at last year's PGA Championship and sits right on the Top 10 bubble in our model's predictions for this year.

Patrick Reed has had some good major success, and is in the midst of strong LIV season with two wins, but hasn't found a groove at the PGA Championship since his T2 in 2017.

This is the closest matchup of the three, with Spaun just at 50.2% to win and 55% if you include the tie. However, both golfers are priced the same at -114, so while Spaun isn;'t jumping out with a major advantage, we can clearly see that Reed is overpriced by the books, and shouldn't be any longer than +100 factoring in the tie.
