DraftKings NBA promo "King of the Court" returns this week with an upgraded $3 Million bonus bet jackpot.

After a few weeks off, the fan-favorite King of the Court promotion is back at DraftKings Sportsbook on Tuesday, December 23, giving fans a chance to turn smart NBA player prop bets into a share of $3 million in Bonus Bets.

This week's promo has been upgraded from not one, but THREE $1 Million jackpots, giving all users three chances to cash in before the holiday.

To compete for the jackpot, simply opt in to the DraftKings promo to claim your King of the Court token. If your chosen player is one of the top three leaders in Points + Rebounds + Assists (PRA) for the night, you’ll take home a share of $1 million in Bonus Bets — even if your original prop doesn’t cash.

With the help of the Dimers Pro NBA Projections Hub, you can instantly identify which players have the best shot to dominate the stat sheet. Whether you’re backing weekly favorites like Nikola Jokic, Giannis Antetokounmpo, and Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, or turning to a darkhorse contender, you’ll have real-time analytics and NBA projections to support every pick.

The Dimers' projections have been red hot for this promo so far. We nailed the picks two weeks in a row correctly identifying both Giannis Antetokounmpo and Tyrese Maxey as top targets who split the prize pool, and then identifying Josh Giddey as the top longshot play for a $94 bet. The following week, the top four PRA totals of the night were all featured in our targets.

It's also the biggest slate of the season so far with King of the Court active, giving us the biggest pool of players to choose from yet.

How to Play “King of the Court” today

1. Opt-In to the Promotion - Log in to your DraftKings Sportsbook account and opt in to receive your single-use King of the Court qualifying bet token.

2. Place a Qualifying $5 Bet - Use your token on any pre-match NBA player prop such as Points, Rebounds, Assists or Three-Pointers. Odds must be -200 or longer.

3. Watch and Win - If your player finishes the night as a top three PRA leader across all NBA games, you’ll earn an equal share of $1,000,000 in Bonus Bets. If multiple players tie for the top PRA total, all customers who bet on any of those players will split the prize pool. Bonus Bets are credited within 24 hours and expire seven days after issuance.

King of the Court Picks Today, Tuesday, December 23

Each week, we highlight some of Dimers' top-projected players, as well as some longshots as a sample of what users can find in the Dimers Pro NBA Projections Hub.

By showcasing a combination of top performances and some darkhorse candidates, bettors will find a mix of players to choose from.

With three individual prize pools up for grabs, we'll highlight our Top 3 overall as well as three longshots.

Dimers' Highest-Projected PRA Totals

Nikola Jokic (Nuggets) | Projected: 53.4 PRA

The Joker leads all players in total projected PRA on Tuesday night at 53.4 PRA, more than 10 higher than the next player.

Jokic already has won the crown once this season and previously last season as well, with nightly upside higher than virtually every player in the league.

He can score triple doubles at will, four this month alone, giving him a floor higher than most stars. Even a low-scoring night can seem him hit 40 PRA, like his most recent 14/13/13 performance vs. the Jazz.

Tonight, he projects specifically for 30.1 Points, 12.3 Rebounds and 11.0 Assists. As the Mavericks allow the second-most opposing rebounds, fourth-most to Centers, Jokic could pile up the boards as tonight's PRA leader.

Jalen Johnson (Hawks) | Projected: 42.8 PRA

Next up is a player we've featured in here before, though now he sits in our top projections rather than as a longshot.

Jalen Johnson draws a projection of 42.8 PRA from the Dimers model, second-most on the slate and mark he's crushed lately, recording over 50 PRA in six of his past 10 games.

This offense flows through Johnson who delivers triple doubles, and big upside in all three categories.

Johnson gets the Bulls tonight, who he just dropped 56 PRA against on Sunday and have a bottom-three defense in points allowed, bottom six in rebounds and bottom seven in assists.

Johnson doesn't need to beat everyone tonight, just land as a top three total and he gets a good matchup and big projection from our model.

Deni Avdija (Trail Blazers) | Projected: 41.7 PRA

The career-best season for Deni Avdija continues, putting up his best points and assist numbers by a longshot, resulting in Top 20 ranks across the whole league in those categories

Tonight, he projects for 41.7 PRA as our third-highest total, drawing a matchup with the Magic who present a tougher test than most other opponents of the players featured in this article, ranking in the top half of the league vs. opponent points, assists and rebounds.

Save for his 60 PRA explosion vs. the Thunder, most of Avdija's high-upside games have come against more favorable matchups.

While Avdija projects for a high PRA total, his lack of double-digit projections for either Rebounds or Assists make him the least appealing of the top three.

Dimers' Longshot Targets

Cade Cunningham (Pistons) | Projected: 40.8 PRA

We start our look at the longshots with Cade Cunningham, who's delivered his share of King-worthy performances this year, just not on the right nights.

He projects for 40.8 PRA as our fifth-highest player on Tuesday night.

Cunnigham has totals of 69, 63 and 55 this season and each of those would be a Top 3 total on any given King of the Court night this year. He also won once last year and returned a $422 bonus bet, one that we famously called.

He matches up with the Kings, who have allowed a previous KotC performance already this season to Nikola Jokic on November 11 when he tallied 57 PRA and with Sacramento ranking 26th across the board opponent points, rebounds and assists, he could easily find himself among the top three tonight.

Donovan Mitchell (Cavaliers) | Projected: 40.1 PRA

With our second longshot target of Donovan Mitchell, we're targeting the Pelicans' defense who have already allowed a King of the Court winning performance to Anthony Edwards (53 PRA, $108 bonus).

Ranking 27th in opponent points and assists, the Pelicans present one of the best targets for this promo and for any player where you're chasing upside, especially scoring for Mitchell with New Orleans allowing 26.2 points over game to opposing SG, the most in the NBA.

Mitchell's chances to win King of the Court lie in his scoring - he has just one double double this year, though he's been close a few times.

That's fitting as he ranks third-highest for scoring tonight at 29.8 points in our projections. Our recommendation if you're backing Mitchell - bet on him to get 40+ points at +485, a mark he'll likely need to hit to cash the jackpot.

If he hits 40 but still doesn't wear the crown, you'll still leave with a nice plus-money winner.

Kon Knueppel (Hornets) | Projected: 30.2 PRA

For our final pick, we're going way down the board to rookie sensation Kon Knueppel of the Hornets, who ranks 42nd overall on tonight's slate at 30.2 PRA.

He gets the Wizards, who allowed KotC to Tyrese Maxey, a pick we called out on the Dimers Sports Betting Podcast. He just became the fastest player to reach 100 3-pointers, is second in ROTY odds and has displayed 50+ PRA upside this season.

Everything will need to go right for Knueppel tonight for him to contend on a big slate, but there are fee matchups better than Washington who rank at the absolute bottom of the league in all three categories and are very vulnerable to the three-pointer.

Knueppel will be a low-picked choice so bettors looking to chase a big return should look his way and consider a play at 30+ points or 6+ threes for some plus-money value - his 3.7 3PM projection is the second-highest of the night.
